I ordered an absolutely huge meal, with an absurd milkshake that I know is a pain to put in and make. Amy and Alex were my cashiers, and I loved them! They were super kind and friendly, and I would totally come back again! The milkshake order was:
A strawberry milkshake with extra strawberry, add chocolate, and two cookie crumbles.

Greatly disappointed in my experience at this location today. Normally the service and food are stellar. Not today at 4pm. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and asked for a packet of avocado ranch. Was told they can't offer the packet without purchasing a salad. The order take offered to sell me a salad just for the 32 cent packet of ranch. I declined and asked if she could charge me for it and include it. She said she didn't think so but she tried anyway. Get my food and no ranch packet, fries are as cold as my drink. Go back around waiting in line again for a simple ranch packet. Was told it was never charged and they ran my card for 32 cents for the avocado ranch packet. poorly handled by the staff. Normally I really enjoy going to this location but I think I'll be going further down the road now and see what that service is like.

When you pay close to $30 for two 4 piece tender combo meals with Mac, I expect there to be 4 actual tenders. I got three and maybe a half, just saying.

I drive for Uber Eats. I get an order at chik-fil-a in Trinity, I wait like the app tells me to, I get a message saying my order is ready. I get to the counter as I have done many times and the employee tells me the order isn't ready. He has a lot of drivers sitting around waiting on their orders and I betcha most were not due but were sitting around anyways. II do catch an attitude as I see this guy is playing me. The manager tries to get zippy with me and asks me my name as if I worked for him.It turned out that the order was there all along. I was also a customer but when an establishment hire managers like these it tells me they don't know what they are doing .I am a contractor for Uber and I am my own boss. I am one of the best drivers in all of Tampa and its surroundings .The problem is these young cats don't respect their elders !!!! Good riddance !!!!

The reason why we have so many employees is because we knew as a “team”we were going to get slammed in drive thru and at front counter. We were also preparing ourselves for a corporate visit. That is why you saw several employees cleaning the windows. Kids will smack their palms against the glass and smudge their fingerprints. I see it all the time. Anyway, we have a great team of employees and staff. I am thankful for the way they treat me. I am truly sorry that you had a bad experience with us.
