    This location has slipped so bad recently. It’s now a factory and the people standing outside taking orders cut people off mid order asking questions without letting the customer finish. It leads to things being included the customer didn’t want and orders being wrong. At this point every other time we go there we have to circle back around to get the order corrected. It’s a shame because it’s the best drive through food there is, but the service is driving us to visit Zaxby’s or other similar places because we actually get what we order the first time. Hopefully they figure out their problems or maybe they don’t care as long as the line is wrapped around the building.

    Today around 9:00am I had ordered a large order for pickup. While in the drive thru, my car broke down and completely stopped working. I was in a complete panic and the very kind people working here not only calmed me down, but went out of their way to push my vehicle into a safe location. I apologize for not catching their names but the young lady, manager, and young gentleman who helped me today deserve the biggest thank you.

    Make sure you double check your bag no matter how simple the order. Chick fil a doesn't answer their in restaurant phone in order to handle any problems either so your only option to get a refund or try to get the food you paid for but didn't receive is to drive all the way back. I had to leave a message on their voicemail because I didn't have a choice to drive back and get a refund and no one has reached out to me. Awful customer service, and a terrible system in place to troubleshoot any problems that could arise in day to day operation of a restaurant. I will be very hesitant to give them a chance again

    When you pay close to $30 for two 4 piece tender combo meals with Mac, I expect there to be 4 actual tenders. I got three and maybe a half, just saying.

    My wife and I and our two small children attempted to eat here 35 minutes prior to them closing and were told that they were only allowing to go orders. The young lady at the counter was extremely sarcastic and rude when questioned about them being open till 9pm. How do you feed a three-year-old or an 11 month old in a pick up truck??? “ Have a good night” sarcastically 4 times as we walked out from the young lady behind the counter….. The service, attitude and overall atmosphere at this location has plummeted. You’d be better off going to McDonald’s. You might actually get someone more pleasant, We’re extremely disappointed that a “Christian” restaurant chain would treat families so poorly…. We would highly advise that you dine elsewhere, somewhere that values their customers.
