Spring break means one thing, family fun all week! We started out our day with some delicious Chick Fil A breakfast. We pull up to drive thru after placing a mobile order and we are behind one van. Unfortunately, no one is out to greet us and the order taker is sitting inside. We pull around after to pick up our biscuit, chicken minis, and burrito with extra salsa packets. Everything is smooth sailing minus the extra salsa packets, but as we get home, and take our first bites into the food we notice an overwhelming dryness to the food. The burrito is lacking eggs, the vital ingredient to signify its breakfast! As we are already home, I call the store, no answer.
Unfortunately, the dry burrito due to no egg and lack of salsa packets is quite a drag.
It will be quite some time before we return to Chick Fil A for breakfast. Overall a disappointing breakfast.

Sat Jan 27 2024 not only worse service as it has gone downhill drastically but largest fries order came half empty with napkins and honey mustard topping the half filled fries box instead of being on the side. No more chick filet, you will lose many customers
Took a carry out. Mariah placed the order, as pleasant as can be, don't lose that wonderful smile of yours ! 👍❤️

This location is always super busy in the drive thru. However, in typical CFA fashion, you never have to wait longer than five or ten minutes even when it's insanely busy. Not sure how they do it, I'm just a humble serf, but it's impressive as hell. I usually go inside, where the service is even faster somehow, and everyone seems to be pretty chill and happy to be there. I can only imagine they're being paid well because fast food is absolutely miserable without the motivation of a decent paycheck.
But anyway, this location has never failed me in the years I've been here. Food is hot and fresh, employees are always in a good mood, service is crazy fast and rarely ever any errors.

Service here is probably the worst you’re going to receive at a Chick-Fil-A. There is rarely an adult in sight at this place. They will mess up orders frequently, and you better go inside because if you message them after they won’t do anything about it. Going inside this one is tough if you’re in a hurry and there’s not always somewhere to park. The only reason I come back is because the other locations are too far away and the food is still good at this one.

This Chick-fil-A needs to get their act together. Yes, the food is always good. But we almost never get the condiments we ask for when ordering in the app. Mayo, honey mustard, honey roasted bbq…we either don’t get it or get the wrong ones. For how much food costs these days, you should at least get the correct condiments.
