I have finally found the one Chick-Fil-A that doesn’t meet the expectations that MOST expect when choosing this establishment. Stickers are marked on each back when ordering takeout but I am 100% that that’s the last thing In mind when my ordered was bagged. I called when I arrived home 20+ miles away, to ask Lexie the manager if there was anything she could do for the inconvenience that NO SAUCE for my nuggets or Salad was placed in the bag. Lexie informed me that there was NOTHING she could do. Will continue to go to chick-Fil-A but will drive the extra 10 min to the one by the premier outlets. Hope the costumer service improves.

First and last time getting Chik Fil A!! My husband waited in a long line to get us food tired after work and I’m pregnant and hungry and once he got home I couldn’t believe how my fries looked! The fries were so soggy and half full, it was a joke. The salad had greasy cold soggy chicken and cold bacon just overall bad tasting so I tossed it. My husbands soup was a salt bomb. I called and explained how it isn’t fair the food quality we got and the girl just told me to go submit a request on the app?! Horrible customer service for them serving bad quality food? No refund? No anything.. they just send you to an app and so you hope you get something. I got an email for a free waffle fry lol no thanks I rather not go there again and wait in line for more half filled fries they can keep their soggy fries. My pleasure more like no thanks

I was trying to give Chick-Fil-A corporate and/or store management to address my concerns through phone or email. However, it is 5 days later and have not been contacted about getting a refund or having the concern rectified. My family and I frequent the Chick-Fil-A on Wesley Chapel often. But now I will never return. On March 22, 2023, I ordered a pretty large order for me and my family. In that order, I ordered two salads. In one of the salads, as I had already started eating, I found a dead bug in the salad. I was disgusted. I have called and emailed Chick-Fil-A about this situation and I have yet to receive a refund or phone call in which I was told would happen in 1 to 2 business days. I am so disappointed in Chick-Fil-A. I considered them to be top tier fast food but now I am sick to my stomach when I think about Chick-Fil-A.

This location is not ideal it's very hard to get into and out of. Also this location no longer serves pup cup for your little canine friend so if you plan on getting one here they do not have them claimed it was too expensive other than that it is the same great service and same great food
