I got an original chicken sandwich and then found it had almost no breading on it. Went back and got a replacement, which they happily gave me, but the replacement sandwich looked exactly the same. It wasn’t crunchy at all and was just sad.

I had a really bad experience for $40. I made sure to repeat my order at the drive-thru because the lady taking it kept messing it up. When I finally got my order, I received the wrong sandwich. I had to make a U-turn, park, and go inside to fix it. When I got inside, I ask for the right sandwich and I offered to pay any difference $ which I was handed a cup with just lettuce, tomato, and cheese. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and didn't even bother to say sorry.

I feel like Chic-fil-a as a whole has gone down. This location is on par with the trend. Not great but not horrible. I’m giving it 5 stars because the I’ve never had a problem with food quality. Order accuracy, timeliness, and customer service not so much. Mostly take to-go orders. Without unwrapping all the food I do a general check. Only to get home and see something is off - bacon instead of sausage or fried chicken vs. grilled. But I’m not going to pack up, drive back, and have them redo the order. So while I’m giving them a 5, it’s really a four.

I have never been at a Chick-fil-A that was this slow! They are usually very streamline at all other locations. I don’t know what’s going on at this one, but make sure you have time if you’re going to sit in the drive-through line. Even inside is even slower.

Today I went in to get some food and a shake the food was very delicious but my shake had a piece of hair in it. How I know it’s not mine is because my hair is black and this hair is ginger.
