Very friendly staff that ensures you are taken care of. The guy who brought out the drinks was a funny and nice guy, server great as well. Definitely one of the newer/nicer chilis I’ve been to. Street corn is delicious! Everyone at our table loved their different flavor teas as well.

What a delightful evening we had at Chili's in Wesley Chapel, celebrating ladies' night in our hilarious granny costumes! From the moment we arrived, our hostess, Kenzie and Jewels, welcomed us with smiles and laughter, clearly enjoying our outfits. They informed us that we’d be seated in under ten minutes. While we waited, the amazing store manager, Andrea, came over to compliment our costumes. She took the time to snap pictures with us, creating a joyful atmosphere that set the tone for the night.
Throughout the evening, we enjoyed mingling with fellow patrons, including a group of teenagers celebrating Sophia’s 16th birthday party, who also appreciated our granny looks. Andrea's warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home; she effortlessly ensured that our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Once seated, we were introduced to our fantastic server, Hunter, who further enhanced our night with his engaging personality and impeccable service. He not only kept our drinks flowing but also embraced our theme with humor, ensuring we were never in need of anything. Our orders were spot-on, and he truly made the experience special with his lively spirit and attentiveness.

The quesadillas were better than taco bells. Take that as you will. The burger was nice and fresh, and the meat of the burger was a similar quality to shake shack. The sauce of the chicken tenders was super good, like sweet tangy and a spice kick to it at the end. The fries were subpar, and the chicken tenders were okay, like 3 stars on the tenders, but overall, all three foods included a 3.8 stars but had to round up. Mac n cheese was a 3.5 good but not like anything special, decent ranch as well. Beware crying children.

The BEST!! Don’t believe all the bad reviews. Everyone was nice from the hostess - she let us put 2 tables together so that we could sit on both sides of our daughter for safety . Rikki our server was amazing!!! She was super nice and friendly . She didn’t rush us & checked on his enough we had refills before we could even ask . Even the person bringing out the food was nice. Food was perfect temperature, fresh and great portions . I asked to speak to a manager due to the amazing service & the GM was so nice too acknowledge all of us even our daughter and was very personal and gave us time to give our compliment and even said he wants to know all the situations good or bad. Keep up the great work everyone

Our group went to Chili’s dressed up as Grannies, and we had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by hostesses Kenzie and Jewels with big smiles and such a welcoming vibe. Hunter was our server and absolutely nailed it—he joined in on our theme and kept the fun going all night with great energy and service. Manager Andrea came out to chat and even asked to take pictures of us and another group celebrating a twins 16th birthday outside, which was such a fun touch. The whole team made our night unforgettable. Huge shoutout to everyone at Chili’s in Wesley Chapel —amazing service and awesome people!
