I went there today, got medium well steak, it came out well done, they made me a second one and it came out straight medium. I also ordered mashed potatoes and unfortunately I got Mac n cheese. 😐And yell we will tipped. Highly disappointing,

Overall, the experience was phenomenal! Savannah is a very dedicated, urgent BUT aware. Myself, My parents & my nephew had a great time eating out tonight & Savannah made the experience worth it. We live closer to the chilis on Collier Parkway, but will be coming here from now on 😎.

Ordered to-go, as usual. Usually the QP burger is great, but this time the QP burger came with no onions or pickles, hard and dry as a hockey puck… also looks like thy removed a partially melted slice of American cheese from it.
They also must’ve run out of tops for sides because my loaded baked potato soup (delicious) and loaded mashed potatoes (also good) were covered in aluminum foil.

I came in with my family of 4 and had a wonderful time!! Our server Gavin was amazing very attentive and gave great service. The food was amazing came out super hot and you could tell everything was made fresh. The place was very clean and you can tell the team they have really care about the appearance of the restaurant. We will definitely be back soon this has become my favorite restaurant in Wesley chapel!!!!:)

Very friendly staff that ensures you are taken care of. The guy who brought out the drinks was a funny and nice guy, server great as well. Definitely one of the newer/nicer chilis I’ve been to. Street corn is delicious! Everyone at our table loved their different flavor teas as well.
