I'll preface this review in that while some of the comments refer to this particular location, others are directed at the regional management for this and other units.
A group of 4-5 of us visit this restaurant 1-3 times a month. A few weeks ago our server informed us that our favorite beer was being eliminated from the draft list along with several others. That axe has fallen. One of the draws to Chili's was their selection of draft beer, usually 12-14 different beers. Now there are 8 of which 4 are "light" beers, two are fruity and one local IPA. As one who enjoys a nice dark lager, there is nothing to select from.
I mentioned the server, one that had waited on our group for over a year. She was not to be found and after looking around, it appeared that most of the serving staff had recently been replaced. This may be coincidence but I wonder if there were other changes besides the beer that caused a mass exodus of the regular staff.
I discussed the situation with the local manager who said she would deliver my concerns to the regional office. I expect it will fall on deaf ears. I'll give them six months before I return.

I tried to be nice, tried to be quiet and not cause a scene because things happen. Found a dark thick hair in my food. Quietly asked for my food to be remade and placed in a to go box. I was nice and thankful to our server and the manager. Server asked if we wanted drinks to go. We said “yes.” They got refills, but I just wanted a cup of ice because I had water in the car. We make it back to our car and right when I go to open up my lid there is a black hair purposely wrapped around my cup. Now I wish I notice this in the Restaurant because I would’ve made a scene. I was nice as can be and I don’t appreciate that they decided to take it a step further and make fun of the fact that there was something in my food. I didn’t even ask for a refund (they did give me one) I just asked for my food to be remade and they do this when I could’ve been a complete jerk.
I also want to add I didn’t do the survey because it would have made them look bad because again things happen.
Wish I remembered our servers name because I would blast him on here. But If you get the server that answers everything with “for sure”then it’s definitely him.

It has been about five years since we last visited Chili’s. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the food has improved drastically over time. We ordered two Rancher Burgers and one Santa Fe Burger, a table full of mozzarella sticks, and a triple-dipper appetizer. The burger orders were correct in terms of toppings and temperature. Our server, Nicole, was pleasant to deal with, ensured every order was correct, and ensured our satisfaction with each order.
We found that the cost of the meal adequately reflected the quality of both the food and the service.
The only downside to our visit was the lack of onion rings on the menu. So sad.

Service was quick and friendly, though it’s the first time I’ve had a potato soup from Chili’s that was salty. The Caesar salad was amazing! Fresh and crisp! My son ordered the chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it. The waitress was friendly and quick to bring us anything we needed! Overall great customer service!

As always, we really enjoyed our visit here. The service was impeccable and our wait was minimal. The food and drinks were delicious. Chilis rarely fails if at all.
