Messed up our orders multiples times both in store and through the online order. The GM and manager are both jokes. One of the many times they forgot to give us our chips, my husband told the GM and he accused him of lying saying he knows he put it in our bag. We didn’t even leave the restaurant so where did he think we were hiding it?! The restaurant is so filthy and the staff is rude. The cheese in my quesadilla wasn’t even melted and the guacamole was not guacamole, it was just mashed up avocado. This place needs to be shut down.

As of lately there is always something not right with my order. Yesterday I asked for extra lettuce and paid for extra chicken. My burrito was nothing but chicken and barely any veggies. I'm serious it was just a chicken feast. As a person whose trying to be healthier the veggies were important to me and I didn't have any. I could see if I opted for rice but I didn't. Train and monitor theses teenagers because that's whose playing around with people's hard earned money.

Frequent this location 2-4 times per month. Employees are always friendly and food is always fresh & what I expect from Chipotle.
Portions are always plentiful. I always order loaded chicken tacos and my family enjoys the various bowls offered. Chips & salsa are a great add if your hungry.
Suggestions… order ahead via the Chipolte app which also tracks your purchases for points. This means you earn FREE items.
📝: this location does not have the best cell signal inside. Add your Chipolte rewards card to your Apple Wallet or take a screenshot so you can scan before making your purchase (if you don’t order via the app).

Consistently provide poor portions if you order online. Ask for double protein, you get less than what even a normal portion is and they'll just overdue the poorly prepared rice to compensate for robbing you on everything else. Want veggies and lettuce? You'll get 10 slivers of each if you're lucky. Oh and don't bother with the large chips either because they're only more than the normal ones maybe 1 out 5 times.
I can deal with subpar service because of having to hire lazy teenagers on a high turnover, but at least give me the food I pay for.

I’m not one to typically do reviews, but this experience was crazy. Food was great! Customer service is severely lacking. The Staff were very rude from the moment I walked in the door. The only employee that was making the food was rude in tone and would wander off worrying about refilling the options while customers were being helped. It felt like the customers’ presence was a chore to the employees. Note: I did not order anything complicated. Just a carnitas burrito bowl and a drink.The cashier was very blunt and practically slammed my drink cup down on the counter when giving it to me. Not to mention the employee was sweeping at my feet and other customers feet while we are trying to eat. If anything, I would order online and just pick up in store. Service is terrible.
