My bf didnt Pay almost $30 for a burrito and bowl for the rice to be rock hard , do better chipotle, and on top of waiting in a long line. tried to call for a refund or another order and the stupid ai speaker wouldnt connect me to the store saying something along the lines of "i can file your complaint here and let the crew members focus on making burritos" they should FOCUS on how to make rice that takes 10-15 minutes smh. dont make no doggone sense. if i could give negative stars i would.

If you want a $10-15 bowl of food conisting of 70% dried rice, 10% meat protein, and 10% veggies, 10% beans or cheese, etc, this is your place. WAY TO MUCH RICE NOT, ENOUGH PROTEIN AND SUBSTANCE. They do it every time here. Food was cold, not hot again. I keep telling them. Chipotle looks like they give you a good portion of food but continues to skimp on the proteins and things that matters for your diet. Nice atmosphere inside though and pleasant workers. Just starting out Chipotle was way better decades ago than today's overly-corporate, over-analyzed food portions Chipotle.

This was my first time eating chipotle! And the staff was absolutely wonderful and so nice! The place was well clean. Will definitely be coming back!

The crew is always nice. No complaints about the atmosphere. However, the quality of food is getting worse. I mean I played $14 for rice and a little bit of meat. And the quality of the meat was so bad. I thought the location up by Gulf view mall was bad. This place is trending that way. Also I understand it’s kinda hard to get staffing and things like that however cooking quality food when you have the ability to is very importantpeople can deal with a longer way things like that when they’re getting good quality food

I took this picture at 8:30 p.m., an hour and a half before they are supposed to close. The girl up front admitted they dumped everything, despite there being a line of at least 20 people (and more joining). I was really disappointed at the fact they are doing pre-closing duties for something multiple people requested, so far in advance to actual closing time. I had gotten barbacoa for the first time, but I wasn't warned it was spicy. The manager got right to making me another. She was attentive, but I feel like this experience would have been better had they had the drink selection promised.
