I didn’t even want to give one star here is why.
I have been to this location a few times living in the Trinity area for the past 5 years and every time it’s the same thing.. This Chipotle location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and it clearly reflects poor management oversight. The young man at checkout was rude and unprofessional, acting like he didn’t even want to be there. Another employee gave me a nasty look, making the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant.
It’s obvious that management is not paying attention to the people they are hiring or how they are running this store. Employees should represent the brand with respect and basic courtesy — and that is completely missing here. When staff behave this way, it’s not just an employee issue, it’s a management issue.
If this store wants to keep customers, management needs to step up, retrain their team, and start holding employees accountable for how they treat people. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

My daughter order for me guacamole, salsa and chips. What I will like to know is what happened to the rest of the chips? This is ridiculous the bag isn't even fill halfway.

My bf didnt Pay almost $30 for a burrito and bowl for the rice to be rock hard , do better chipotle, and on top of waiting in a long line. tried to call for a refund or another order and the stupid ai speaker wouldnt connect me to the store saying something along the lines of "i can file your complaint here and let the crew members focus on making burritos" they should FOCUS on how to make rice that takes 10-15 minutes smh. dont make no doggone sense. if i could give negative stars i would.

What the heck happened to this chipotle. Ordered 2 steak burritos and they were soaking wet. They had no cheese and like 3 pieces of steak. They were soaking wet inedible, they went into the garbage . And we aren’t the type of people to waste food. Usually we can get through it somehow. The flavor was off, they got the order wrong, and what the hell was making them drip so bad the bag was wet!?!?!??? And whatever the liquid was made the flour tortilla like a wet noodle. Disgusting. 🤢

Went here because I was too far from my usual Chipotle. I got a bowl and the employee shook off the chicken from the spoon making it way less chicken than normal then when I ask for just a tiny bit more I got charged double when it was NOT double portion. Then I got a regular size chips which you know is extra as well and it was quite heavy so I thought to myself they must have filled it up good. But no, it’s a bag of salt and crumbs I discovered when I got home. Tried to call to complain but can’t get past the stupid robot.
