At first I was reluctant to come. Based on the reviews, but trusting the chipotle brand I went tonight and am glad I did.
Everyone was working very hard, very quickly and was very pleasant. The people in line were huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes as to-go order, after to-go order, after to-go order came rolling in.
It's just a matter of too much demand in my opinion. Some of the eating surfaces had leftover food because people are messy/lazy so I took 30 seconds and cleaned off the large long table by the window.
I worked fast food when I was a teenager, so I have a whole lot more grace for these employees.

I usually don’t have too many problems with this location, but today was the worst chipotle experience in a while… I went to chipotle for lunch October 3rd. I walk in, there is barely any employees to be found. One person on the line making bowls and one person cooking. It is not busy. There is 1 person in front of me and 2 behind me at the time. The food looks okay, but the rice looks mushy and beans are dry. I asked the employee if they had more coming up and they didn’t. It is lunch time why is there no fresh food coming?! The lady takes my order and starts getting my bowl ready. About 6 more customers walk in. I turn around and 5 employees come out of no where. They start rushing me through the line. This one girl starts throwing a bunch of mushy rice in my bowl. I asked for double chicken barely got that because she is going 100 miles per hour on the line. I asked her “can you slow down” she says “no I have a line to get out of here”. TERRIBLE customer service. All of the girls have bad attitude problems and act like they don’t want to be there. I asked the employees for a few sides of some items and they get mad. Lastly the chips tasted like they were fried in old oil. The chicken was cut very poorly, beans were dry, the rice was mushy. I don’t even think it was rice anymore. Everything was unseasoned and the Guac was stringy. I definitely will be going to customer service about this location. Whoever is managing this chipotle need to get there employees in check and train everyone properly! And why does no one have hair nets on 🤔. At this point they are hiring anyone. Disappointed in chipotle…

*Eat at your own risk*
This may be the worse place to eat in Wesley Chapel. I’ve been here several times attempting to give them a chance and each time, it’s the same or worse food. Each bowl being cold, undercooked, soggy, flavorless, low protein, something different each time.
The final straw was a bowl that was filled with liquid(yes liquid), so much that it leaked through the bag all over my car’s floorboard.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this Chipotle makes the headlines for an outbreak.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Trash cans overflowing, stale chips, and every counter surface was dirty. Only one guy in the back cooking and he’s barely keeping up. The girls working the front counter were rude and trash talking each other. Unnecessary drama at any restaurant. I’m surprised the Pasco County Health Inspector hasn’t had more complaints about this location. Avoid this Chipotle at all cost.
UPDATE:
I went back to this chipotle today and the service was much better. However, the cleanliness has not changed. There was food on the counters and the floors. Behind the serving line the dishes we stacked extremely high. I would still avoid this place at all cost. If they aren't taking care of the front of house areas, imagine what the back of house looks like.

I have never been more disappointed in a Chipotle than this location. Every time I go, it’s the same story: no soda, completely out! You’d think it was a one-time thing, but it happens consistently—it’s like they can’t manage to keep basic supplies stocked.
Then, don’t even get me started on the portions. I paid good money for a burrito, but what I got was basically half the size of what other Chipotles serve. The portions are a joke; it feels like they're rationing food like we’re in a shortage or something. You ask for a normal amount of protein, and they give you a few sad pieces like it’s gold.
Also, why is there never any utensils or napkins?? I’m expected to eat my meal with my hands or go digging through the trash for a fork?? Totally unacceptable.
The service is just as bad. The employees seem like they don't care at all, rushing you through the line like they’re doing you a favor by serving subpar food. Customer service here is non-existent. Save your time and your money, and go literally anywhere else if you want a decent Chipotle experience.
