Got in quickly on a Friday night. Ordered a fried chicken salad. Was very disappointed when I got it. It hardly had cheese and 3 slices of cucumber. The waitress was great though, very on top of things. She brought me more cucumbers and cheese. She even offered onions and bacon but they were out of bacon. It definitely made it better. I won't however be ordering the salad from here again.

My husband and I often visit this Cracker Barrel location and we've had great experiences. Lizette, Susan and Mya at the Wesley Chapel, FL location are all EXCELLENT hosts/servers. I wanted to mention all three of them because they stood out, by being very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. We love the shrimp campfire skillet, please don't get rid of it. This was an excellent idea and addition to the Cracker Barrel menu.

Labor Day 2025,
Rose was my server and she was very friendly and personable. The service was prompt, food was tasty, and all the employees I came in contact with were sweet and accommodating. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I met a friend and his family, making it a total of 7 of us for lunch on Saturday afternoon; the busiest day of the week at one of the busiest times. This was our first time visiting this location, so we weren't sure how fast or how good it would be, but it was the best option for all of us to meet up without them having to go to far off the interstate, as they were heading further south and still had another 6 hours to drive.
We waited a total of about 15 minutes for our table - I expected at least a half hour - and out waitress appeared almost immediately. We each ordered something different, which came within 15 - 20 minutes, piping hot and freshly cooked. The food was delicious, the portions were large enough that we were able to share and still have left overs. Our waitress (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she was Australian) was extremely attentive without being overbearing. She brought refills quickly, remembered what most of us were drinking, was very professional and polite. She had a huge section of tables to take care of, and every table was full, but she found time to care for everyone and maintained a sweet personality and without appearing flustered - for those who've waited tables, you know that's a feat! She did an excellent job.
Afterward, we wandered around the "country store", and found a few things to take with us... it was just a fun lunch, thanks in large part to the tasty food, attentive waitress, and being with great friends. Thanks, Cracker Barrel, for a great time.
