I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious food safety issue I experienced at this establishment. Upon receiving my order, I discovered a used bandage in my food. This not only raises significant health concerns but also strongly suggests that proper food safety measures, such as wearing gloves, are not being followed in your kitchen.
When I called to report the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. At no point did the staff member acknowledge the gravity of the situation, nor was an apology offered. As a customer, I find this response unacceptable, as it disregards both health standards and basic customer service expectations.
I urge the owner to address this matter immediately to ensure that proper hygiene protocols are being enforced. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions the establishment will take to prevent such incidents in the future.

Best burritos around Tampa! It's nearly impossible for me to drive by without grabbing something to eat. The crew are always nice and they work fast. Online ordering is easy too so I can pick up on my way home.

I’ve tried this place twice and the 2nd time was no better than the first. I will not be trying a third time. The food is so bland and the burrito is filled with more rice and beans than meat.

Best around this area, their California burrito kind of reminds me of my childhood memories, just hope their fries could be more crispy , their supreme burrito phew , sweet lord Jesus Christ this thing is not just food, It enters your soul, rewires your taste buds, and possibly cures emotional damage. One bite and you feel like a new person, ready to forgive your enemies and call your grandma just to tell her how much you love her. That might be little dramatic comment, but is my honest personal opinion, I guess the taste just kind of bought me back to the golden age old memory, Would I eat this every day? Probably. If I’m not broke. Also don’t get hyped over because of my comment, cuz this is kind of personal feeling, everyone got different taste, so I suggest you try it for yourself.

Queso looked like and had the consistency of dirty water. Salsa tasted like mildly spicy water. Burritos were bland and the only thing that made it edible was the green sauce. Almost $90 for food that was barely edible.
