online ordering was a good experience with lots of customization options. physical restaurant and dining-in was great. i just wish that the kitchen followed my request for grilled onions in my burger.

All the staff were VERY friendly. The place was clean and organized. Our food came out speedily (& we were seated outside, but they found us quickly). Logan was especially friendly and helpful! Give him some praise & a raise! We've been to MANY Culver's over the years & we both agreed this is the best so far. Thanks for the generous cookie dough on the custard.

To be completely honest, this is my first time being disappointed with this establishment and this particular location. And I don't eat here very often at all., BUT! the food definitely was not cooked with any kind of Joy or love. I ordered a Mushroom & Swiss Butter Burger and it was drier than sawdust. Freeze dried MAY have been a better option. I gave it a 2 star rating for the simple fact that the fries were good and the strawberry shake was delicious, but what a DISAPPOINTMENT to spend $23 on a burger, fries and a large shake I could hardly choke down and swallow and I do mean CHOKE even with a shake and water. It was so truly disappointing that it hurts my feelings recounting the moment to write this review. Needless to say, BUT I WILL, it was a waste of my money and the effort someone took to go pick it up for me being that I'm bedridden because I had a craving for what I thought was going to be a delicious moment of feeding my craving and spoiling myself eating out. SO NOT THE CASE 🤨 WHOEVER was on the grill yesterday 2/20/25 evening (5-6pm) NEEDS to take a long break and regroup so you can FIND the joy, the passion or at the very least, the appreciation to have a job because your disdain for your job and/or task was definitely tasted and it WAS NOT good.
⚠️ As for the burger prep team, same goes for you. If you don't have a heart to serve and you aren't at least grateful to have a job, be working and earning a paycheck, you need to sit down and rest awhile too.

Keto/Carnivore/Healthy Eaters: Stay away!
I’ve been a loyal Culver’s customer for years, and one of the things I’ve always appreciated is the ability to order burger patties à la carte—whether for dietary needs, personal preference, or even a treat for my dog. Culver’s corporate has confirmed that this is a standard offering, yet this location refuses to honor it, calling it a “trick” and ignoring complaints from customers with dietary restrictions. The manager admitted the owners simply don’t care. It’s frustrating to see a franchise disregard corporate policy and prioritize profit over customer service. Forcing people to pay more for food they don’t want or can’t eat isn’t just disappointing—it’s greedy.

Out of all the Culver’s I’ve been to….the staff here is by FAR the friendliest! We were greeted with a very loud and proud “Welcome to Culver’s!” it was the type of welcoming you could actually feel and knew it was genuine. I placed an order online, and it came back slightly different than what I ordered. However, the staff took care of it ASAP with a smile on their face too! It’s almost like they were happy a mistake was made, and simply saw it as an opportunity to be an even better company and employee! :) We were indeed impressed. Despite how popular they were….their restaurant remained super clean inside and out and up to par. We were so happy with the service we received today. Their cute outdoor seating was very welcoming, their food was fresh, and overall it hit the spot. Thanks Culver’s!
