I've eaten here many times across the years and it's always been a great experience. My kids also love it and beg me to go for the ice cream. I've tried a large portion of their options and the only one that didn't "hit" for me was the sub par onion rings. If I had one critique it would be to keep the toy shelf better stocked for the kiddos.

I went to Culver’s and spent $21 on a fish dinner . My fish was indeed not cooked at all . And my brocolli was brown . I mean I come here to enjoy food not have to take it home and re cook it

I’m from Wisconsin and love Culver’s. I would come this location once a week as tradition. However, the last 3 consecutive visits have been missing items from my order. I was given a voucher for the first time but didn’t bother asking for another the next two times because it seems almost comical. Considering how many times they read my order back to me you would think they’d know what’s supposed to be in the bag.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean counter and dinning area. Food cooked fresh to order. More importantly, reasonable prices and GREAT tasting food! You've got to try Culver's you won't be disappointed!

Horrible visit rude staff they obviously prioritize the drive thru over everything. We put an order in for the cod 3 piece meal fries and onion rings as sides. Walked in about when the app said the food was ready. At first the cashier was nice apologized for the alarm going off told us our order would be 2 mins so we grabbed a pint and a soda while we waited. More than 15 minutes, they packed up few drive thru runs and had enough time to take 4 other peoples orders, bring the other guest their food with our fish and onion rings sitting on the top shelf waiting to be bagged up. The cashier who could tell we were upset gave us an attitude when we checked on our food again. We told them the time its been sitting its probably all soggy. The manager/cashier as she told the group that ordered 10min after we were told 2 mins didn't give a dam just said they couldn't cancel the order and then pretended to ignore us as they hurried to bag it up now.... Another minute goes by they hand us our bag and ignore us beyond that. soggy pic we took in restaurant.
