Went through drive through yesterday evening. Ordered for 4 people. The two dinners were ok however the 3 butter burgers were supposed to be with everything and only had a little bitty pickle and a small piece of red onion. Also were missing 2 orders of fries. I realize that you were quite busy but after paying over $51.00 for our order and waiting over 1/2 hour, this is totally unacceptable and definitely not worth our money or time. We will not be back and will be honest to friends and family about this most upsetting experience.

Drove 20 minutes home to eat my chicken sandwich took one bite and it’s still raw inside then called and they said I have to bring my meal back to get a refund. Didn’t order raw chicken

Update 4/15/24***** I ordered fish again today and it came out mushy this time, however Steve, took care of this and made it right appreciate that.
UPDATE 12/8/23*** Went and grabbed a cod dinner today, bad experience from start finish which is practically unheard of here. The cod was so overfried which ive never had or saw before. Usually always well battered and hot/ fresh. Not today U could only eat the meat in the center bc you could chew throught the edges. Apptizers were ok but let me tell you how it took over 15 mins to get my to go order. Looked a little unorganized for noone was in line and a bare dinning area due to they had just opened. Gonna give culvers a break and see what happens in the future but please do better!!!

I went through the drive thru today and was very disappointed with the food quality.. I ordered two butter burger meals and one was a single butter burger all the way and a double butter burger with bacon all the way one with a Sunday and one with a chocolate/ strawberry shake.. Now let's set the scene.. I travel for a large outdoor patio furniture company and I get to sample all of Florida's great places to eat, hidden and well known.. one of my biggest pet peeves is going to a chain restaurant ordering the exact same food and getting it different ways each time and hearing from the management that since it was a franchise that they each do it different... I don't know about that each time I order a Big Mac it always comes with two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles on a sesame seed bun. I did contact the store and they said they would be happy to replace the order. But if I go to Culver's in another town all the food should be the same great quality that we all expect...
5/22 I returned to Culver's this evening and went inside so that they could fix my order from the previous day, I'm sorry that I don't remember the young man with the beard, name but he was extremely helpful and apologetic. The food was absolutely awesome.. I did call the restaurant back and let them know that they hit it out of the park this evening... Thank You so much for making everything right!!!!! I would post a photo but couldn't stop eating long enough for that..

I ordered a cheeseburger with Swiss, ketchup and raw onion only. Tell me why, hidden on the other bun was an entire ladle of mushrooms! I almost vomited. I was sick for hours afterwards. They have been going downhill more and more over the last year. I don't think there's a single staff member 30 or older in the place. It's all kids. All they did was apologize and make a new one. You make a guest sick and you don't even give a refund or a voucher to come back?! If I find another location fairly nearby I will surely switch. The only thing good about this place anymore is the custard.
