Culvers always hits the spot! Double Butterburger with bacon was brought out hot and fresh. Washed down by a delicious chocolate malt! Drive through took about 5 mins max. They always handle it well during peek hours.

Disappointed. Not a regular customer at any Culvers but they had a yummy looking Prep Reeses Cheesecake custard. Maybe it was the 20 minute wait that made it taste bad. I am to presume this is the norm as there was no warning and no apology offered. Cars in line with large food orders after me waited and were served prior to my 1 item. Not sure how they manage the queue but for a snack or drink, it is not worth the wait. My second bad Culver's experience.

Absolutely amazing!!
The cheeseburger was juicy and cheesy!
With the side of cheese curds and turtle sundae tops off the perfect dinner!
When you think it cannot get any better than hat it does..
Not only is the atmosphere clean and inviting, but the customer service is AMAZING!! Ethan is great! If you are in the area, stop in !!
20 stars I would give them if I could!

I hate to leave a negative review for this place because I've been there before and I've liked it. But my last visit was awful.
We ordered food for dine in. Then we waited about 15 minutes for them to deliver it to the table. When it never came, I went up to the front and asked the kid who took my order where the food was. He tried to hand me a tray of cold food that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. I know it was sitting there for 10 minutes, because I saw another kid walking through the dining room with it earlier. I didn't think it was our food, since the table tag was sitting clearly on the end of the table. Turns out the guy who took the order had given us the wrong table tag. And although the restaurant was not crowded due to the fact that their grill was "broken," the worker walking around the dining room with our food didn't have the sense to ask our party that wa sitting there (without food) if it was our order.
Anyway, I asked them to remake the food and the kid agreed. I sit back down and waited. We're now up to 30 minutes and still no food. So I go up and ask for the manager. The kid I talked to didn't know who the manager was, so after a while he presented a girl who he said was the manager. This "manager" holds a finger up to me and begins tapping away on her order screen. I wait for literally 3 or more minutes while she completes her more important task. When she finally addresses me I told her we had not received our food. She looks at my receipt goes in the back for a minute or two and comes back and tells me it'll be ready in just a minute. So I wait standing at the counter for another 10 minutes. The food never comes out and the manager moves on to working on a different touch screen. At this point it's close to 40 minutes since my order and I have no food and I've been blown off by the purported manager.
Eventually, I asked for a refund and another person who claims to be the manager gives me a cash refund, but manages to short me. When I finally get that straightened out, I stop to tell the manager who was going to get my food 10 minutes earlier that she was a poor manager. At that point, the girl who gave me my money back starts giving me a hard time for telling her manager that she didn't do a good job. She claimed she was the manager. What a farce!
I still don't know who the manager was, but it doesn't matter. This place is poorly run. I don't think the people working there know who the manager is. There certainly was not an adult in charge. And whoever train these kids did a lousy job. The kid that took the order gave us the wrong table tag number. The kid walking around with the meal didn't have the sense to ask tables without food about it. No one made any effort to resolve the issue they created. Then they get bent out of shape for being told they did a poor job. Someone needs to tell them.
Corporate ought to be taking a little bit closer eye on who is running that location. I'm sure Culver's invested a lot of money in building its brand and generally has a good product and relatively good employees. I like Culver's. I've been to that location before and have been completely satisfied with it. This trip was very negative and I can't see myself ever going back.
And I have contacted Culver's through its website. I have received no response even though I requested one.

Hands down my favorite "fast food" place. This place cares about service and food quality... is rare these days. Had the burgers...they are smashed burger without the fancy name. Excellent. Free ice cream with kids meal. Prices were good. Food quality was excellent. You order, they make it and bring it to you, at your table. Best reminder of what a good simple diner used to be. Cant recommend it enough!
