I have always been happy with Culver's. The cod sandwich is my favorite. This location in front of the Lutz Walmart does not live up to the standards of other locations. I have tried to give this location multiple opportunities, but the fish sandwich has been disappointing each time. The service is always friendly, but the food is not worth the trip. In all fairness, the pretzel bites were good and on one visit I got a burger which was delicious. Maybe it's just the cod sandwich. Twice it was way over cooked (which is better than under, but not preferrable.) Twice the roll was not as fresh as I have come to know from Culver's, and every time there was not enough tartar sauce. The last visit was my last try at this location, at least for a while.

Service was great! Employees were very efficient and professional, Dylan at the front counter was so sweet. Food came out really quick. The food was okay, burger looked a little sad but still very tasty. Restaurant was clean for the most part. Most of the tables hadn’t been wiped down when we came through but all in all a pretty good

Ordered a salad and the star of the show WAS the chicken…why is the chicken old and seems like it’s been baking for hours under a sunlight…I am new to the area but not new to Culver’s I used to order it everyday and the quality here is a no bueno!

Stopped by the Culver’s in the Walmart plaza in Land O’ Lakes to grab a couple of Concrete Mixers and had such a great experience. Brooke, Victoria, and Ellie were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable in the drive-thru. Customer service like that really makes a difference. Thank you all for being so kind and welcoming!

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with curbside pickup here. I’ll sit in the curbside spot for over 20 minutes, only to go inside and find that my order was already prepared and sitting there.
What’s especially frustrating is that there are often several employees behind the counter who appear available, yet curbside customers are not being attended to in a timely manner. This has happened more than once, so it feels like a pattern. Food is good, but curbside needs a lot more attention and organization.
