On 9/6 we placed a mobile order. I arrive at the store and I am waiting in the section where it says to pick up mobile orders. No one is at the register and no one has acknowledged me either. During this time an employee comes in (carrying her purse) and asked me if I have been helped. I let her know I had not and she checked my order and then went to the back. At this time the order had been set up on the counter. Another lady came out and started getting it ready to go. I asked if she could please put lids on them, as it was a mobile order (every other store we have been to puts lids on them). She then rolled her eyes at me and was shaking her head while doing this.
When she handed me my order it was pushed in my direction. I then asked if she had a manager and guess what, she was the manager. The other lady had come out at this point and I asked if there was a number for the GM and the manager said she didn’t know it. The other lady had me write my name and number down. During this while I was speaking the manager just kept saying mmm okay.
Based off her attitude, I said I would like a refund. She looked at me and said I need the food back. I handed it to her. I have waited to hear back from the store and at this point a week later I have heard nothing.
It clearly shows they do not care about customer service.

Come on, who doesn't love an original gangsta blizzard? This place is consistently solid, from the chicken tenders to the sandwiches and the blizzards, it always gives you what you're craving. Management seems to do a solid job running the place. 👏

So rude! Employees started booing when I walked in. I guess they didn't feel like working. It was already late and half an hour from closing time, but me and my wife were passing by and didn't really find many places open. We decided to walk out immediately and preferred to keep driving to find another place where they did want our business.

The owner / staff here are so nice!
No matter how busy this place is they always take time to come over and say hello and ask how myself and my family are doing.
The quality of the food is great for the price and they always go above and beyond with their customer service!

Normally I’m not one to post here, but I’m extremely upset with our visit tonight and I can’t stop thinking about it. We’ve been here numerous times and it’s always been fantastic !! But tonight, the service was terrible .. making a 4 year old hold back tears .. I took my son for some ice cream for having such a good report in school. The man at the counter handed me my blizzard and then joked with my son that there was no ice cream for him. I get it, it was a joke. It would’ve been funny if he had stopped there but he didn’t. He told my son like 7 times that there was none for him, and kept telling him bye.! My sweet boy kept saying “oh .. okay .. have a good day..” and then confusingly slowly headed for the door with tears in his eyes. And the guy kept the joke going still !! Repeating “yeah I don’t have any for you, is that okay?” Like how cruel can you be to a sweet FOUR YEAR OLD !? Obviously my son is fine now and has probably forgotten about it, but as a mom, my heart breaks for how hurt and confused he was in that moment … needless to say, we won’t be back … which sucks because we loved it there.
