I ordered online carry out. My pizza was make the right the problem was it bubbled up and there were 3 pieces with no toppings at all. I wouldn’t have served that pizza. I didn’t bother calling to complain because based on the customer service I received while picking up my order. I walked in the door ,no “hello”, “welcome in”, “I’ll be right with you” not a peep. Needless to say I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The pies from here are so much better than the ones from Domino's in the South Gate Mall on 19. The pies are not over baked and the toppings are not skimpy. The people there are friendly and upbeat as well as bring helpful. They have a few tables is you decide to eat there.

Now I remember why I have not ordered from Domino's in several years. For close to $10 you get a dry, microscopic portion of pasta. I understand this is not a fancy Italian restaurant. I at least expect to get something decent from a company that has been around as long as they have. I won't make this mistake again.

Unless you never ordered the handmade pan pizza, you would know that if you put extra toppings on it, you'll have to order it well done. I ordered a well done done pan pizza with extras and I received a soggy Pizza. It was not well done.
Just like you that like well done pizzas with a crispy crust and crispy vegetables, I do too.
So much for eating the pizza in my hand. I had to use a fork and a knife for a soggy not too well done pizza.
I never had this problem at the Domino's in Hudson Florida or the Domino's in New Port Richey Florida. What's the scoop? Looks like I'll be going to one of those two places. I don't see myself going back to the one in Port Richey on ridge road.
My mom is going to be ticked off. She told me never to put negative reviews in. Karma will take care of it. Well, I think karma is telling me to let others know.

I like domino’s pizza, but this location has been disappointing. I have received my pizza’s 2 times with a strand of hair under the pizza or in the pizza and 3-4 times so far there has been cross contamination with toppings that are either bacon or ham on my veggie only pizzas. It is gross to see the hairs because it has me questioning this locations food safety with faecal contamination wondering if I’ll get some kind of food born illness, and it is gross as a non meat eater when I receive meat in my pizza unexpectedly. A staff member over the phone did not direct me to management or the person in charge when I asked. At the time I called they told me “it was normal for different toppings to end up on my pizza when it goes through the line”. Well, it is not normal at other dominos locations I have been too and it is not normal at other pizza restaurants and fast food places I’ve frequented. Until this gets resolved I will be taking my business elsewhere.
