I placed an order two hours before closing and still hadn’t received it as the store was about to shut down. I called 10 minutes before they closed to check the status, and the young man who answered gave me a sarcastic attitude, saying, “Well, you ordered it pretty late.” I reminded him it had been two hours since I placed the order, and his tone only got worse. At that point, I asked to cancel the order entirely due to his disrespectful attitude.
I will never eat at this Domino’s again. Even if a manager offered to make it right, I wouldn’t trust the food coming from this location. Based on the behavior of the staff, I genuinely fear they would tamper with it. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

This store is the epitome of customer service. I have never felt more welcome in served in my entire life. The Management staff here is absolutely amazing and the store was in pristine condition.

I did hear back and got a free pizza. This one was so much better quality and taste. I have changed my star rating. Thank you

I had reached out to corporate and the email provided in the review response and have heard nothing back from anyone.
I ordered a pizza without bacon. I got home and cut the pizza and noticed bacon. When I called the person on the phone argued with me that the pizza doesn’t come with bacon. Great, but you put bacon on the pizza. She then puts me on hold and tells me the manager made time pizza themselves and didn’t put bacon on it. See my photo of the bacon. I am completely understanding of mistakes, however, to argue with me and call me a liar and refuse to remake the pizza is really poor customer service.

We have ordered multiple times from this location as they deliver, but the food doesn't always arrive hot. I had always figured you get what you pay for, but we had a terrible experience on Halloween. I placed an order, got a confirmation email that it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. After 90 minutes without food, I called the location. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and then was told it would be an additional 45-60 minutes. No apologies or offer to make it right. The food took over more 2 hours from that phone call. 3.5 hours total from my order time and the food was very cold. Haven't ordered from this location again.

Placed an order online. One hour later, it was supposed to be out for delivery. Then I got an email that the deliveries is taking longer than it should. Then it said delivered with no pizza in the store is closed. I was literally robbed by Domino’s. I promise I will tell this story to everyone, including the news. You have my money I have no pizza. That’s considered a robbery. Judging by your previous reviews, this is not surprising. Domino’s needs to shut you guys down. By the way, I called also and you hung up on me. Just picked up the phone and hung it up. Absolute trash
