I recently visited the Domino's Pizza location in Lutz, and my experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff at this location was generally friendly and efficient, especially during busy times. The pizza itself was flavorful, with a crispy crust and plenty of toppings. I found their pepperoni pizza to be particularly good, with the right balance of spice and cheese.
However, there were some downsides. The consistency of the food and service can be hit or miss. On one occasion, the pizza was delivered warm and just as I expected, but another time it was barely warm, and the toppings seemed sparse. I had earlier reported issues with their orders being delayed or incorrect.
Despite these inconsistencies, the prices are reasonable, and it's convenient if you're in the area and need a quick pizza.

Mold. Ordered a sandwich and it was covered in mold on the bottom. Did not find out until taking a bite. Spent 15 miniatures puking my brains out. Called store manager John and he dismissed the mold and claimed it was just flower. No John this is mold. Also took an hour to arrive.

First time coming here tonight as my son asked me to pick up his order for him. He placed an online order and said it would be ready for pick up in 20 mins as quoted on the app. I get there and pull into the drive thru. Two cars were ahead of me. No one moved for 10 mins. When I get to the window I said I am picking up an online order for Cam. The man looks around comes back and says it’s not ready. By this point it’s been 30 mins or more. I asked how much longer? He said it is about to come out of the oven and if I could go to the back of the line. I said ok and drove away. I decided to run to Taco Bell quickly while I wait to get an icee. I was gone 5 mins. I come back and now there are about 6 cars in the line. I decided to park and go inside to get the food. I see a counter down a hallway and hear lots of coughing down there so I decide to stand back. Two more ppl came in after me and just walk past me to get their food. I stood near the front of the store for a few mins as two employees are right there making pizza. Neither say anything like do you need help, can I help you? I finally ask the girl with glasses and tattoos on her legs if she could please get my order for Cam. I said I waited in the drive thru and it must be done by now. I said someone is coughing repeatedly up front and I’m a germaphobe so I don’t feel comfortable going there. She looks at me with this demonic stare like how dare I ask her to do something. She says I can pick up my food at the counter. Again I say I do not want to go there because someone is coughing. If she could please get the food and hand it to me where I was standing. I did not think this was a crazy request. I was just asking for help. I was super polite in my tone to her. She goes around looking for the order and comes over to me. I put a thumbs up and say thank you so much I really appreciate it. As I am looking at her, she has a horrible irritated look on her face and says absolutely nothing to me. Horrible horrible way to treat customers. What has happened to striving for excellent customer service. The way these businesses are treating customers is disgraceful and so irritating. We’re paying your paycheck. Be grateful for the business. Will never go back.

Excellent pizza. Crispy flavorful crust and spicy pepperoni. The pizza sauce is mild and not overly acidic. Large NY style pizza special ready in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Kait was generous enough to help fix my order since I messed up on the app. The staff was very kind and offered to fix it at a moments notice. Bravo for their service and patience definitely coming back!
