    Let’s start by saying my wife and I have been going to this location for many years and we spend over $100 dollars a week since the location opened. Spent well over 30k over the years on coffee. Since Maria left this location the service is horrible. How hard is it make a caramel ice coffee with milk. Dozens of times I get home or to work to taste my coffee and it’s wrong.I get the same excuse each time from the new Manager we are training new people. Money thrown out the window for me. Just last Sunday I had to go back twice wrong coffee both times and when my wife went back she had to go back 3 times to get the order right. Again sorry we are training is the go to excuse. New Manager stop running off good employees and start treating people with respect and these issues with your turnover will decrease. I have never written a bad review before and on multiple occasions have written 5 star reviews for Maria and her staff.

    The lady at the drive thru is rude every time I go there. Like I don’t know what’s her issue but I didn’t tell you to wake up every morning to go to work. Leave your attitude at home when dealing with people. I went MULTIPLE times on different days and her attitude have always been the same. I had a sweet tea today with no ice. I go to the window and it was ice in the drink. I informed her of it and she had an attitude and fixed the drink. When I pull off I noticed that the sweet tea wasn’t even sweet at all ! She was just being nasty and put unsweetened tea in my drink instead. GET RID OF HER! everyone else be so nice it’s just always her. Also I feel like she over charged me on purpose, my total came up to almost $7 for a sweet tea ( which is on sale for $1) and a loaf.

    0 stars. I ordered my drinks at 2:29pm. Was in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes with only two cars in front. Three of my drinks were cappuccino, but due to the long wait it was already dissolving. I asked the worker to remake it and she had an attitude. Gave me my drinks back and they felt even lighter and not remade. I went inside to get new drinks completely. A gentleman helped. When another worker came inside to clock in the female worker loudly said “BRUH these customers keep returning these drinks for dumb reasons” … maybe because you’re awful at making drinks and lack any customer service skill. This Dunkin has never made drinks the correct way and I refuse to stop at this location anymore. I’m tired of wasting my money hoping the next drink will be better.

    This dunkin used to be awesome. After January this year they changed the entire staff. Terrible move, you guys had great workers that always were on point. Now I'm lucky if my food is cooked or they get my coffee right. One lady at the drive thru messes my order up everytime. I dont think she has ever gotten my order right. Bring back the old staff please. You guys have ruined this location!

    If I could give it a zero I would. This location is constantly out of stuff. 8:30am and they have under 10 donuts left and the ones left were watermelon flavor. How does a donut shop not have donuts at 8:30am? Update: went again because my daughter wanted donuts for her birthday party at school. Ordered a day in advance, they still didn’t have what we asked for. Then half the donuts are cold like they have been in a fridge over night and weird looking. Don’t waste your time
