I’ve never been to a First Watch before and as my first time, I was captured by their menu and drinks! It sits in the middle of a plaza across from the Wiregrass mall and is very easy to find in the heart of Wesley Chapel.
Hostesses were very nice and seated us right away. We got our menu and had a good look but it was hard to choose as there were no pictures but nothing Google or Yelp couldn’t help!
Our waitress was super helpful and recommended that I try their new watermelon spiked drink and it was the perfect drink, I had to order another!
Tri-frecta Breakfast: 4/5, it was delish but the toast was dry and not flavorful. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were good!
Overall, enjoyed our time and would definitely return!

i got the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy With Eggs with the Honey Caramel Crunch drink.
i was not loving the gravy too much personally. the drink was not how i was expecting it: after maybe 15 sips it went dry and i opened to see that i could not get any of the crunch because it was stuck to the top of the unmelted ice. the ice took up about half of the cup. when i order a drink i dont expect to get majority of it in ice. and i opened the drink 30 minutes after pickup and there was that much ice so you can imagine that some ice melted from before on top of this ice you see. i mean like “i think you mistakenly put iced coffee in my cup of ice”. i advise that customers ask for light ice

This is the only first watch I have ever walked out of.
The place was not that busy. I asked for a booth. I was told one was dirty and they were cleaning. No problem. I then waited and watched hostess stand there and talk to two waitresses for minutes. They finally walked away . Finally someone else asked my family if we needed help. I explained situation hostess came back said yeah I'm waiting for someone. I then watched employees stare at eachother. Finally some waitresses less then enthusiastically finally cleaned it. Or so i thought until i sat down on food while touching a sticky table. I left. No one seemed to notice or care.
This is absolutely NOT what I have come to expect at the many locations I have eaten at. If your in this area drive a few more miles to the one on 54

We ordered a BLTe and the Bacado omelette meal.
The BLTe was drenched in mayo to the point the bread was soaked in it. The Bacado had a 1/4 of avocado in it and it was black.
Lesson learned, never order to go.

The food has always been great. The service, usually exquisite. Unfortunately, our visit to this location would make it our last visit if we haven't eaten here before.
Upon our entry the first interaction we endured seemed as if we were interrupting the hostess from showing her friend things on her cell phone. We requested a booth. The hostess said that there was one waiting to be cleaned..... then casually started talking with another worker. Time passed and someone from my party asked how much longer. At this point the hostess slowly walked to the table and half cleaned it simular to how an annoyed kid would take the trash out when their parents asked them to.
Once my party and I arrived at said table the hostess walked away not saying anything. Everything that was on the table was now covering the seats along with a still sticky table.
My party and I decided to leave for fear of bothering anyone to do their job
