We have consistently supported this establishment since its inception and have never encountered any issues with either the staff or the quality of the food. However, today, another customer and I experienced what can only be described as exceptionally poor customer service from the two employees currently on duty. I requested to speak with a manager, and John, who identified himself as a manager, was very apologetic to both myself and the other customer. He even complimentary our orders, which we greatly appreciated. While I appreciate the complimentary gesture, I would prioritize excellent customer service and food quality. Upon returning home, I discovered that our order was entirely incorrect, and additionally, the hamburgers were overcooked and the fries excessively greasy.

I’m so disappointed. We usually have a great experience but they really ended up skimping out on our food and one of the burgers was messed up. Just makes me sad

The fries were perfect...I mean they put all other fries to shame. The burger was good but not as good as I hoped as it was a bit bland. In my opinion it is a good meal but you need to be prepared as the burger might not meet expectations.

Five Guys never misses! The burgers are always juicy and full of flavor—exactly what you want every time. The location is clean and super convenient, which makes the whole experience even better. Personally, I always get extra Cajun seasoning on my fries (a MUST), and I dip them in their BBQ sauce for that perfect kick.

I have never been able to eat an order of small fries myself. They usually give enough fries for two people. Each time I go there, the portion gets smaller. This time was absolutely ridiculous. $36+ for 2 burgers and fries. You can get that at am actually restaurant. This visit was terrible. The fry portion was pathetic. The burgers were mediocre at best. And when I showed the kid behind the counter, the fries. He just shrugged his shoulders. Shame on you for raising prices and lowering the size and quality of your food.
