Me and my fiance came for lunch around 1pm, there was no wait for a table, they have lots of TV's around but not loud which I appreciate. We ordered two mixed drinks to start and two appetizers the pretzel bites which are very good they come with a really good bear cheese , we also ordered fried pickles and they were super crispy ! As we were drinking our drinks the manager brought us out a complimentary app sampler , he described everything he brought out and it was super good! We had some of the best service we have had in a very long time. Also the reason we came was because I say online they have the Monti Crisco one of my top favorite sandwiches, it was cooked perfectly! And so sweet and savory . We will be back.... I'll end my review with .... This was some of the best food we have had in a while around here... The cook is amazing.

Came in for dinner with my husband. Requested outside patio. Got seated immediately. We sat for about 10 minutes without a server greeting us or getting a drink order. Waved a server over and asked to place our order. She said she would get “our” server. Waited another 10 minutes. Waved over a different server standing in a group of servers, who told us she would find our server. We explained we already tried that. Could we just place our order?
So Lauren C took our order even though she had just been released from work because she understood we were frustrated. She was friendly, understanding and quick to help.
Management needs to reward this server as we almost walked out (and would have missed our delicious meals) if not for this server Lauren C.

Service was crud the host was fine but when it came down to getting a waitress well that was pretty much elusive. There's no sense of actual management and no one came to us and it already passed 15 minutes we asked the host. Where is our waiter? He goes and finds her and she completely ignores us and heads to the next table that just came in. We left. You don't stay where you're disrespected and ignored this is first and last time ever coming to this location.

Spent $40 on nachos, Buffalo cauliflower, a side Caesar, and a smoked turkey sandwich. Our waitress was fine, but the food was a letdown. The Buffalo cauliflower, where do I even start? It was incredibly greasy, soaking through the paper, and the pieces were way too big. On top of that, there was no Buffalo flavor at all. The nachos were overloaded with sour cream, more than cheese, which didn’t make much sense. The smoked turkey sandwich was okay, but like everything else, it was just drenched in grease. Our server did take the Buffalo cauliflower off the bill, but no manager ever approached us.

I like Glory's days as a chain . I have been to many different locations and always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, this particular location let me down. My service was decent, the place was clean but my food quality was not good. These were probably the worst wings I ever had. They were undercooked and supposedly lemon pepper wings. They clearly were not. I spoke to the manager on duty and had a friendly conversation about how today's food quality was low. He then offered to give me a free order of lemon pepper wings to go. We didn't like them the first time, but sure, we'll try them again. They were also terrible. Like I said, I like Glory days, but i highly doubt I will return to this location..
