Could not be happier with our experience here. Alex was our server and his service was top-notch! He was very patient with us and made some great recommendations and helped us explore the menu. He genuinely took great care of us throughout our meal and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He could teach a course in hospitality with his level of experience and kindness.
The food was absolutely delicious, the steaks were nothing short of superior! My wife and I ordered a fillet and a sirloin and we got some great sides to go along with it, everything was spectacular! We also shared the pumpkin crab bisque, and that too was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

This wasn’t my first visit to the Wiregrass Grillsmith but it was definitely the best so far. Service was outstanding. Restaurant was clean and well kept including the bar area. Our server Demi did a great job explaining the menu and drinks and kept us full for the night! We definitely will have a table in her section again! I was pleased to learn from her that they are a 96% scratch kitchen. Our appetizers, entrees, dessert and drinks were spot on, fresh and made to perfection. Can’t wait to come back for Happy Hour!

A Truly Unforgettable Birthday Lunch at Grillsmith!
From the moment we walked in, Grillsmith delivered an exceptional dining experience that went far beyond our expectations. I brought my mom here for her birthday lunch, and thanks to the incredible team—especially Manager Vitres—everything came together perfectly. He went above and beyond to help make the celebration feel special, and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The food was phenomenal—honestly on par with some of the finest steakhouses I’ve been to. My entrée was cooked to perfection, and even my daughter’s kids’ steak was high quality and delicious (no cutting corners here!). She devoured it, which says a lot. The pineapple upside down cake was absolutely fire—a perfect balance of sweet and warm, and a must-try. And the breadsticks? Top. Tier. Soft, buttery, and addictive.
A special shout-out to our server Hannah, who was incredibly sweet and patient, even with my very active (and messy) 1-year-old. She never once made us feel like a bother and kept the energy positive and warm throughout.
If you’re looking for great food, incredible service, and a management team that truly cares—Grillsmith is it. Thank you again to Vitres and the whole crew for making my mom’s birthday so memorable. We will definitely be back!

This local Tampa area chain packs a secret punch - really high quality food with excellent service and comfortable ambiance.
Tonight, we went with the chicken milanese and salmon platter, and both were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. I subbed out the rice for mashed potatoes to accompany the chicken and then added sautéed spinach. Everything on the plate was a 5 out of 5!
No room for dessert tonight, but I already can't wait to return. Well done!

Got in on Sunday night for dinner after 5 min wait, got a booth with a booster seat for toddler & some crayons 🖍️ for him to draw on a paper.
Waitress was sweet and food came in fairly quickly

++ Hawaiian ribeye steak 🥩 was amazing
++Valentine special of grouper with crab 🦀 of top was delicious, got a side of Parmesan fries too that were great
+ Pumpkin 🎃 crab 🦀 bisque was a bit sweet but really good with almonds
++ toasted coconut 🥥 painkiller cocktail 🍹 was delicious
+ alcohol free coconut 🥥 watermelon 🍉 drink 🍹 was yum too and not too sweet
