I had to do a review of this restaurant. It started on my first visit, July 4th 2024. Three people were working and they were working short staff honestly. It was busy as all out. John the manager was coordinating and bagging. Angel was taking orders from the drive through and working the front with John. Charles was working the grill area and kicking the orders out to the front and whatever else he needed to do. One thing that really impressed me, that some places don’t do, they explained that they were short but they were going to help us as soon as they could. I was in the restaurant but I heard Angel express it to customers in drive through. Just common courtesy. The people in line with me in the store were impressed as well. It was great that they were so short and so busy but kept their professionalism and courtesy even with the very few “entitled” customers who gave them attitude.
I’ve been coming here ever since and I still see them smiling and getting it done in such a professional and respectful manner. I wish more restaurants follow this kind of model.

Only went through the drive thru so I can't comment on what's inside but me and my kids all got chicken strips and we were surprised at how good it was. Didn't need any dip which was good because they didn't give us any even though we were asked what kind we wanted when ordering. But other than forgetting the dips, everything else was pretty good.

Entered restaurant at 10:15 am on August 31st., there was the normal amount of customers for this time of morning, about 5 cars in drive thru and 4 customers ahead of me in line. The staff was trying their absolute best however the so called manager should not be in his position. He was screaming at everyone, running around a if he was handling the entire store while accomplishing nothing. I take that back, be accomplished putting one employee in tears, while the rest including the cooks were apologizing to everyone. We left with our to-go order at 11:14, that should be enough but I'll add that since the manager was trying to act like he was holding down the fort, while ruining everyone's morning, he tried to handle the fryer I'll share pics of my burnt chicken and raw hash browns. My grandson works at a different fast food establishment(thankfully) Nevada if I was to go in and hear him screaming at my 16 year old g'son like that, I would have taught him manners and mutual respect. As I'm trying to finish I just noticed there is no option to share a picture, probably better for Hardee's. Used to be my favorite takeout, no longer

We placed a big order on line @ Port Richey FL. We were shorted 6 items from our order. I called to tell them and the assistant manger was so rude and obnoxious about the whole thing. He cut me off while i was telling him what we were short. Telling me he knows what he put in the bag. We'll he didn't apparently. Anyway the food itself was good the service and treatment of customer 0!!! They did replace the food. They need to replace that person with someone who knows customer service being a manger.

My son and I went through the drive-thru, and Alexis J. kept a conversation going with my young son while waiting for our food. She gave him a fist bump and complimented my son on how well-behaved he was. Thank you Alexis for making my son's Day within 2 minutes. Excellent service! 🤗
