26 bucks for 2 meals ans didn’t even get the right burger. It was dry overcooked cold and the fries were greasy undercooked and cold. Ordered in the app double fresco combo got a single soenr 26 dollars I could have had chilies for 26 had a better and bigger buffet. Do better people I hadn’t been there in a while but guess I wont be back.

Ever since John has went to be with the lord this Hardee’s has gone to hell. All the employees do is think this is a party place. They speak foul behind the counter and it’s very inappropriate. They can’t even make sure they order the appropriate containers for the appropriate food. When John was with us it was a tight ship place and there was order. Now there isn’t and it always dirty.

Stopped by the New Port Richey location and wasn't shure what I wanted or what to order. Spoke with the manager Rick and recommended the loaded Omelet Biscuit combo with a coffee to drink. All I can say is wow, one of the best combos I've had in the longest time!!! Tasted very fresh, flavorful, filling, and probably the best cup of coffee I've had at a place like this. With the service and welcoming attitude by Rick and his suggestion of what to get, I was in total satisfied with every aspect from Hardee's and Rick's advise. Well be back in a day or two for more.

I have been loyal to this location for the last ten years. Since John has passed away, this location has taken a nose dive!! IMO I eat breakfast here 3 to 5 times a week. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but its time. Today, once again, I received hash browns that were barely warm... my gravy was so runny, it could be considered soup, while my iced tea had almost zero ice in it!! WTH is going on these days? You can't keep help long enough to get them trained properly. You also have people in management that are nowhere near management material. I am tired of spending my money and being disappointed while also not being able to eat the disgusting meal that I paid for!! I make a phone call, and it wants to receive a fax. Nobody ever answers the phone. Clearly, because if they did, i'm sure they would have to be giving free meals right and left... Horrible!! Corporate should just shut this location down. I will start driving to Springhill or St Pete for my hardees fix, going forward!

Ricky, lyz, and Monique were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond for my family. We were worried since it was so dead, it we would get fresh food, or what's been sitting, Ricky didn't even hesitate, and said all would be fresh. Lyz was so attentive and saw I had my hands full with getting drinks for myself and 3 kids and my boyfriend, and she helped put all lids on the drinks and walked them to the table. I was beyond shocked on how amazing all 3 of them were. They checked on us a few times. Chatted with us. Made us feel like home. I would come back just to see those smiling faces!!!!! Thanks guys. You're awesome.
