Our Concept:
Healthy & Fresco is a healthy fast food concept that serves fast, fresh, healthy meals that include meats, vegetables, breads, fruits, soups, smoothies, and more. Customers have the opportunity to “create their own” bowl, salad, sandwich, or wrap.
This place is okay…I do not know how tgus place got 4.7 stars!!! It’s so dead in there. Dark, very quiet, no music very depressing almost. The bowl is not that great! Chicken is so dry, beef is terrible with no flavor whatsoever. They charge you $1.50 for extra toppings such as a scoop of diced tomatoes or onions. That’s ridiculous! I can see charging for extra meat or bread but $1.50 for shredded carrots or Pico is insane. I would definitely not go back and don’t recommend this place.
I was so excited to find this spot! I walked in greeted nicely and everything was clean and tidy. So many options to eat- bowl, salads, paninis and more! A healthy option for vegans and meat lovers. Ordered a bowl and it was packed with deliciousness, I had two meals out of it. Will be back again, now that I love right down the street from it, 10/10 recommend!
For Wednesday lunch, I was looking for a place to have salad. I searched near me and since this place had good reviews I decided to order online through uber eats and I selected the All-Star bowl which included brown rice, quinoa, grilled chicken, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, pico de gallo, red onions, jalapeños slices, and jalapeño ranch. The order was delivered through uber eats in 35 minutes. The salad was good and had good portions. But it was pricey. Will be back to try other healthy options too.
This was my first time eating at Healthy & Fresco and I wasn’t disappointed! I was helped by Salice and she was very knowledgeable about everything. I ordered the “All-Star” Bowl with noodles, yellow rice, teriyaki tofu (sadly the parmesan tofu isn’t vegan), Broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onions, bell peppers, pico de gallo, and sesame ginger dressing. The food was delicious and I’ll most certainly be back! 10/10.
Clean, fresh food stated with close friend. I friend introduced this spot to me and I did same. Loved our giant spinach wrap. Friend observed that her daughter might be able to eat here as she has alpha-gal from lone star tick lyme that makes her unable to have animal protein and food issues. Worth the visit.
