First time back at the Port Richey Hooters location after they re-opened since the Hurricanes and it was awesome!! We were able to choose where we wanted to sit & had a great spot by the water!! Our server, Halli, was excellent!!! Order was taken efficiently, drinks were brought out quickly and kept filled. Food was brought out hot and looked, tasted great!! Wings were coated perfectly with the sauce as well!! Great job by the kitchen crew for doing an excellent job on the food!! Entire restaurant had efficient cool air circulation too!! They have a variety of seating areas from the bar, inside seating and outdoor seating that is covered with nice views of the water!! Look forward to dining again in the near future!!

Monday, Feb 9th I ordered a salad with Thai Chicken strips and 10 pc wings breaded and doubled dipped. The salad and wings were not of quality. I was unable to eat any of it. I spoke to Alex (manager) and he was wonderful. He listened, he was empathetic and compassionate. He advised me I could call back when I was ready and they would make it over for free. I called Saturday, Feb 14th at 4:50pm and spoke to a different manager. He took my order with no problem. My food was worse than before. The chicken was old and black and definitely not double dipped. The salad was made sloppy with the hardest pieces of chicken diced on top. At this point I give up. Whomever is preparing the food obviously doesn't care. Which is unusual because the food used to be good.

I ordered the Wednesday special, Boneless Chichen and fries with a Margareta. Chichen was as expected, deep fried and tasty, fries were just average, for me a little undercooked. Marg was good. My wife ordered the salad with chicken, she said it was very good and a lot of food.

The boneless wings were delicious, and the spicy BBQ sauce was actually spicy (and also delicious)! Our server was very attentive, and the wait wasn't too long (maybe 10 mins) for a table by the water. Overall a great experience, will definitely be coming back! My husband and I came in for a Captains Meeting and had the pleasure of being served by Jordan. She was great! Jordan was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Even with the restaurant being busy, she stayed upbeat and provided excellent service.
