ITZEL and KIANA are hands down the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. Their energy is absolutely endless, and they somehow stay incredibly efficient no matter how busy things get. They are funny, friendly, professional, and make everyone feel welcome the second they walk in. Their personalities are amazing, and they work together like a perfect team. Great service like this is hard to find these days. They truly make the whole experience enjoyable and memorable every single time!

Savannah (she is blonde not sure if there is more than one) is AMAZING! She knew the menu in detail, asked us the right questions, and even ID us even though we are well over 21. She took all the correct hospitality steps. On top of that, she even attentive to all of her tables while running food and drinks for others. She has great energy and is such a hard worker. If there is any employee of the week or month my vote is in for her! Thank you Savannah, keep up the hustle! 😊

Extremely disappointed from my experience at this Hooters location tonight. I’ve been to a large number of Hooters locations, locally and also across the United States. Usually there are at least one person or more at the front to greet and or seat people arriving. My family and I approached the host station and waited a few minutes. Then a guy flys around the corner and asks how many in our party. He proceeds to show us to a booth in the front area which that entire section were stuffed with people. He seemed in a rush at that time. We sat and were looking over the menus and made our decisions on what we wanted. From the time we were sat, we were never acknowledged by anyone at all walking by that worked there!! No greeting, no drink orders taken, no nothing!! It was busy tonight, but sitting ignored for 15 minutes!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in how your location operates.

We had a great experience at this location with Riley as our server. She was very kind and attentive. She recommended the buffalo shrimp as an appetizer and they were so good. My husband and I both had the mahi tacos which were also great. The kids loved the mac n cheese & of course the frisbee plate. Overall an awesome experience - we’ll be back!

Came here for lunch in a whim, after many years of not going to a Hooters, mostly because I have previously found their food expensive and not very appealing.
On this visit, I placed an order for dine-in (a buffalo chicken sandwich and fries) and a free to-go order (10 boneless wings). The sandwich is received was mostly terrible - dry, difficult to bite and chew in some spots and tasted mostly unsauced. Fries were okay, but where I recall from previous visits getting a good sized portion of big curly fries, this time my portion was smallish and was made mostly of small crunchy end pieces. Those fries which were actually the standard curly fries were decent. The to-go order of boneless wings was significantly better than the sandwich. Good sized pieces of chicken were juicy and nicely sauced.
My server, Emry, was good and really worked hard to keep herself occupied. When she wasn't serving and checking on her customers, she was cleaning the dining room.
I am not sure how often I would return to Hooters as it was mostly as unimpressive as I remembered it from years ago. Particularly with how inconsistent the food preparation was, I would never know if I was going to get an okay experience or a bad one.
