The google maps directions are WRONG and will direct you toward the Premium outlets-THIS IS WRONG. They are closer to Old Pasco Rd. in the Winn-Dixie Plaza/Behind Dairy Queen.
The biggest issue with the Google misguidance that makes me feel like there is some portion of the blame to be placed on this business as well as Google is because I called the business multiple times because I could not find it, they kept describing stores that were near me and telling me that I am in the right place and that I needed to look harder.... I drove around in circles in the area they told me it was, where the GPS said it was and yet it was just a patch of woods. I had already paid for my order so I invested more time into locating it than I would under normal circumstances. Finally, I call again because I'm about to cry because I feel like I'm crazy for not seeing it, I tell the guy I'm literally exactly where he is describing and it is not there, he tells me to hold on and he put another guy on the line who told me I'm no where near where they are. I had to drive across town with holiday traffic. This guy was nice, said he would reheat my order since it sat for an hour. They did tell me that it was a known issue with google to misdirect people. My only concern with that is why were the employees on the phone directing me there as well, and describing all the businesses there. and why has it not been corrected if it has been an issue since you've been there ?
I feel like the entire ordeal was a complete waste of time, money and patience. The food was not as great being reheated as it would of been fresh.

They a couple tables to sit down, no access to bathroom, no access to utensils or paper towels, but the food is always amazing.

I have ordered from this hungry howies multiple times in the past but never had issues until now. We love hungry howies and always make big orders from them every time spending anywhere from $35-$70 on average. The driver has delivered to us before and now refuses to deliver down my road which I find ridiculous due to fact he has delivered to us before. My family and i have been long time loyal customers from this exact store since I lived in this house since I was a kid, born and raised in Wesley chapel. The person on the phone with me was nice at first but changed his attitude when I didnt understand why the driver was refusing to deliver when he's delivered to us before. He was rude and I've been in customer service for a long time, what happened to customer service? I dont recommend this store any more due to this experience and I will be telling my friends and family about this experience and why they shouldn't order from this store.

Many of us, DD drivers can’t stand this place. The old lady upfront. tells us the orders in the bag. With Missing items. With a Crappy attitude. Find someone else to replace her. ASAP. We need more competent people.

Learn better business. There ain’t no Asiago crust on here…. I’ll send my pic here for ya since you didn’t believe me. The pizza is always good though, just don’t be acting like the customer is a liar. Thanks
