What transpired Sunday 6/21 was pure chaos ! The staff could not handle the volume. Not only they were not organized but they were completely rude because of the chaos ! I can honestly tell you that I will never return to your location ever ! The way this was handle was beyond comprehension and having had worked in the food and beverage industry, I would never treat a customer this way ! I placed an online order at 10:14 am for ONE GREEK OMELETTE! I received a confirmation stating it would be ready for pick up 10:25 am online and shortly after an email stating pick up between 10:20- 10:30 am- order #ea70fde8 Anyone with any brains knew it was Father’s Day and it might take a bit longer. I arrived at 10:35 AM and went to the front counter and advised the staff that I was there for a pick up order. Staff member said did you check to see if your order was ready at the other desk and I told her I did not and she said well, you’re just gonna have to wait there very rudely. After waiting for 10 min, I approached a waiter and asked if he can help me. His response was “ I am not your waiter, go wait there “ who talks to customers like this !? I went back to front desk and explained that I totally understand that it is Father’s Day and because the wait is so long I would like a refund. A staff member with curly hair said before I do that let me go check one more time. She returns at 11 am with a huge paper bag which included multiple orders and says here is your order and walks away ! Hmm not my order AGAIN, I had ONE Greek omelette! No refund nothing just walked away - another person walks over at 11:10am and asks me what happened and what am I waiting for . I explained it’s ONE Greek omelette. She reaches inside someone else bag and says ohh here it is but it had an English muffin, which I did not order, I will go fix it. Hmmm a bag that has been sitting there for 15 + min. And that omelette did belong in that bag check 212- (I have pictures of all the things that actually happened ) and the bags. - I finally received my order at 11:17am!! An hour + after I placed my order ! Do you as management find this acceptable? Not one staff member listened to what my order was, they were all over the place and VERY RUDE AND denied me a refund after I asked multiple times !!
My first time eating here at KEKE's Breakfast Cafe and our server's name is Brittany & she is wonderful from beginning to the end of our visit. Id like to mention the teamwork, even though she was our server, other nice ladies would make sure we were atleast acknowledged until our server was ready. Thats what you call excellent service. I had pancakes grits and bacon 10/10 for me. Thank you ! Definitely will come again. All servers made us feel welcome 🙏🏾 🤗
Stopped in for lunch just before closing and Pedro accommodated us with a smile! Food was fantastic and quick! Would definitely recommend dining at Keke’s for breakfast or lunch!
I just left here, what a bad service, the waitress is not rude, but she is not good for this. I ordered a Nutella French toast, and she told me wow if it's delicious, when she arrived with the food she brought me a raspberry one, I told her, I ordered Nutella, she told me oh I forgot that there wasn't, but try that one to see if you like it! What??? I was already upset so I ate it, and I didn't want to wait any longer. So why do I order my food if she's going to bring me what she wants. She never fills our coffees, she talks a lot and is not attentive to what the client needs. We won't come back.
I am shocked at how bad the service was today. I get mother’s day is a busy day, but we weren’t even upset about waiting for take out. Mya came to tell a group of waiting customers - completely unprompted mind you - that their priority was only the in-house customers, not the to-go orders. When one guy asked why they took online orders in the first place, she responded that “you can cancel your orders then” before she walked away while another guy was demanding for her name. He followed her through the restaurant yelling at her to tell him her name and creating even more of a scene. That’s when we learned she is Mya, the director of operations. She’s the manager?! Not good. It would have been better to completely ignore us than to tell us they didn’t want our business in the first place. I wish we would have gotten the “you are not the priority pricing” instead of the $117 we paid. Our food was decent though (we got the wrong kind of pancakes but not a big deal), and it came out right after her tantrum which makes it that much more ridiculous. It was our first time at this location, and it will be our last. We only spend our money where we are valued.
