Stopped in for lunch just before closing and Pedro accommodated us with a smile! Food was fantastic and quick! Would definitely recommend dining at Keke’s for breakfast or lunch!
the waitress was very sweet and polite .however, the order was served incorrectly and went back. the side of cold grits wasn't replaced per management. you are just a time slot and not a true customer. the customer is not always right anymore .
I just left here, what a bad service, the waitress is not rude, but she is not good for this. I ordered a Nutella French toast, and she told me wow if it's delicious, when she arrived with the food she brought me a raspberry one, I told her, I ordered Nutella, she told me oh I forgot that there wasn't, but try that one to see if you like it! What??? I was already upset so I ate it, and I didn't want to wait any longer. So why do I order my food if she's going to bring me what she wants. She never fills our coffees, she talks a lot and is not attentive to what the client needs. We won't come back.
I am shocked at how bad the service was today. I get mother’s day is a busy day, but we weren’t even upset about waiting for take out. Mya came to tell a group of waiting customers - completely unprompted mind you - that their priority was only the in-house customers, not the to-go orders. When one guy asked why they took online orders in the first place, she responded that “you can cancel your orders then” before she walked away while another guy was demanding for her name. He followed her through the restaurant yelling at her to tell him her name and creating even more of a scene. That’s when we learned she is Mya, the director of operations. She’s the manager?! Not good. It would have been better to completely ignore us than to tell us they didn’t want our business in the first place. I wish we would have gotten the “you are not the priority pricing” instead of the $117 we paid. Our food was decent though (we got the wrong kind of pancakes but not a big deal), and it came out right after her tantrum which makes it that much more ridiculous. It was our first time at this location, and it will be our last. We only spend our money where we are valued.
Had a great experience. Although they looked very busy the food was done in a quick manner and the food was hot and fresh. Brittany did a great job serving us and interacted with our kids lovely. Thanks for the great service!
