I have never been to a place that gives you a half old macaroni and cheese half new macaroni and cheese the chicken is so greasy not cooked all the way and so fatty so disgusting that you can't even eat it what a waste of $20 I do not recommend going to this place at all the restaurant is falling apart itself this place needs to be shut down

The cashier seemed a little frustrated but still moved everyone along quickly, the chicken was not warm seems like it was sitting there for a while.... I do like that the chicken pieces were a good size ! Haven't had KFC in years but it was an ok visit

So disappointed 😔, my George Gold Chicken Littles barely had any sauce on them, they were cold, the Mac and cheese was cold and my Dr pepper was flat. My son had the Tennessee Littles and Mac and cheese, his was the same cold and no sauce. Pepis was flat. Plus they charge $0.60 more per sandwich at this KFC. Spent $17 for cold food and flat drinks.

Absolutely awesome! I used to dislike KFC because every one I went in was nasty, and the employees were just jerks....BUT NOT THIS LOCATION!!! The young man at the counter was very kind and let us know what they were out of before we ordered and also gave us an estimate of how long it would take to make more. When our food was ready, he brought it to our table and also brought us condiments! After other customers left, he came out and cleaned off the tables and just made sure everything was clean for the next customers. We did the survey at the bottom of the receipt because it's always nice to let a company know when things are going great! They gave us a whole cake for doing it! Lol. The new manager (she said she's only taken this store over a month ago) was super nice as well. It shows when a manager cares about their job and their employees. My mind is changed for KFC....I will ABSOLUTELY return to this location! If I could give it more stars, I WOULD!!! AWESOME JOB!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Chicken tenders were like rubber sticks. The fries were tasteless and cold. The Pepsi was almost flat. The biscuits were good. Didn't include the dips we ordered. No napkins. Walked in to get them. The place should be condemned. Vinyl peeling from seats, dingy interior, dirty floor. Our meal went in the trash.
