It seems many big chain restaurants are just an average experience nowadays. The food was good; although it came out super quick and we didn’t have time to finish our appetizer. The presentation(s) could be better as well. The wings were pretty good!

The wait was an hour for our party of 7 but the wait was worth it! The Food was great, restaurant is clean, and service was fantastic! Sebastian is a great asset to this profession and franchise! Will definitely be returning and requesting him!!!

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy while we were there. My steak was thin and a little chewy, but had good flavor. The mac and cheese was good. It was basically chain quality. Parking can be a little challenging during peak times as this is near a busy mall. Would come back here with friends if they wanted to go, but I’m not certain it would be on the top of my list.

It was a good experience. The food was good, however the service was slow and a few mistakes happened. Still, they corrected the mistakes and eventually we ate. Overall it was good.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since they’ve opened and the one thing we love most is the consistency of the food, service an incredible atmosphere. Stacey is one of the managers there and by chance of luck most times we go there she’s on duty and is always very tentative to us. Last nite we were served by Selena, great job Selena. The food is always great and we highly recommend longhorn. Thank you Longhorn
