What an awful experience. Gnats in the salad and the worst wings ever. My husband’s pizza was awful as well. We asked for a specific driver and did not get him. Absolutely no customer service follow through. Ugh never again. I will spend more and go pick it up at Pizza Pie (never have had anything with gnats are awful tasting so far)

I’ve ordered Marcos a bunch since moving to Connerton nearly three years ago. Today was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to call in about pizza that seemed undercooked. I ended up speaking with “Sam” who works there “twice a week”. This guy could use some customer service training for whatever position he is in. I explained my concerns, not asking for anything, and there was zero acknowledgement aside from the pizza maybe having too many toppings (Ultimate Magnifico). He proceeds to ask me what I want which is a super weird way to handle it. I asked if a credit for next time would be possible, then he asks “a credit for how much?”. Man, what an awkward position to put your customer in. I’m an honest guy, I rarely complain anywhere I go because I get that shit happens, but that’s just a terrible way to handle it. I suggested he determine what’s fair since he is the manager or supervisor. He asked “$10?” It’s a $14 pizza that I paid $5.79 or whatever to get delivered less than 2 miles… Anyways, no apology, no acknowledgement. Maybe he is desensitized to those kind of calls, but an ounce of empathy goes a long way. Not everyone is trying to take advantage of you.

This place gets 2 🌟 today because is the second time letting us down lately.
Today's order PIZZA#8134 (pics)
Both times we ordered Meat and Green Peppers this time most of the toppings were on half of the Pizza.
The first time same order and instead of Peppers they put onions.
Is Highly recommended to check ✔️ your Order before you take it home or accept the delivery.

Marco's Pizza uses Doordash for delivery. It is the second time a delivery has been canceled and my money hasn't been refunded, I had to call the Marco's location itself to reschedule the order for pickup. There is no notification that the driver canceled the delivery and the store employees say the pizza had been picked up. The doordash delivery is a big issue.

Friendly people🤗 Tyler kevin and the crew did amazing job during superbowl 2025 getting orders out fast and in a timely manner.

Unsanitary when employees go to the restroom and come out and don’t even wash their hands in the bathroom 🤢 will not be getting food from this location anymore
