I made my online order and did not realize that it was drive through only. I was in a bucket truck way too high to drive through, so I called them and told them my situation. I can walk to the window or cancel my order. Well, they were great, They made my order, it was made fresh, and I walked up and picked it up. Thank you, guys. You did not have to do that.

Worse experience ever at this McDonald’s.
I created a mobile order, drive thru said “you must pick up at counter” walked inside not one person at counter literally 10 minutes before anyone came up. I placed my order at 6:06, walked inside at 6:18 6:38 walked out. No straw, or spoon! Fries cold!, Big Mac just ok, McFlurry a joke, I wish I could upload a photo. Wendy’s is next door save yourself time and aggrivation.
Caspers should be ashamed!

If McDonald's is going to charge you a fortune to eat there, while making you wait 10 minutes for your food, at least serve hot fries. How can it be so busy in there and you still get cold fries? The chicken Mcnuggets were also cold and old. The bun on both my fish sandwiches were stale and the fish was old and cold as well. Asked for extra tartar and didn't get it. Told them 3 times I was dining in and yet they still put everything in a bag. I wouldn't mind waiting for my food if it came out fresh. And it's not just this location. Seems McDonald's has really gone downhill on their product and their service, all while jacking up the prices. Not the McDonald's I grew up with or worked at when I was a teenager. If I'm going to pay what their charging, I'll just take my money to Culver's instead. I'm done with this franchise.

I had a moment of insanity and having experienced making app orders and sitting in pickup for 20 minutes, I tried it at this location again, which should be torn down and expand the Walgreens!! App took my order and charged my card, upon arriving no history of order. Attempted to show the young lady at the front desk who being in charge of talking with customers had a very limited knowledge of English. One of the managers Jorge has no business interacting with customers or staff. There are other jobs my friend where you can sit in a room and not interact with other humans.
In short, I will go further and never darken the doorway of this poor excuse of a McDonald's franchise.
