TERRIBLE customer service here. I arrived today and found myself to be the only one in line. When I pulled around to pay, all the parking spots for the drive thru waiting were full. Sure enough, the young lady made me pull up when a parking spot became available (see photos). I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and when the food came, a very rude and unprofessional basement dweller of a young man greeted me with "What did you have" in a disgusted tone. Working at McDonald's shouldn't be a mark of shame, but the people that work here make it so. The next time I want a burger, I'll go to Glory Days Grill down the road where the service and food quality are far superior for the same price.

Food was ready shortly after arrival. Food was chain quality, which is okay for what it is. Restaurant was a little modern. Drinks are still self service here, which is preferred.

Excited to have a brand-new McDonald’s in the area! The restaurant is spotless, modern, and well-organized. The food is fresh, the service is quick, and the drive-thru moves smoothly. This new location is definitely a great addition to the neighborhood.

The wait times at this location are excessively long, leaving customers frustrated. When the food finally arrives, it's often served cold, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, it seems that some of the staff may be under the influence of marijuana, as their demeanor and efficiency suggest a lack of focus. Overall, my experience here has been quite negative, and I would not recommend this place.

Staff was very rude and not friendly. The girl who took my order seemed annoyed. I worked for McDonald’s when I was younger and yes it wasn’t always the best of days but still seem a bit more friendly when working and talking to customers
