Very disappointed with yesterdays experience and the manager Jazzy. We go here everyday after school pick up. When they didn't get the order right - like a sundae she put plain - I never said plain that would be ice cream in a cup. Then to have to pull forward because the fudge machine was not filled. Also asked for a large fry and got a medium. I asked for the manager - the nice gentlemen came back again and asked if I had my receipt - really I told him you have it - I haven't even left yet. I am so sorry / this review was for the McDonalds on 54 in Trinity and not this. I appreciate the attentiveness of the general manager taking the time to call me. That is 5 star service and going forward this location has won my daily visit and business. Thank you Denise
large and had the nerve and very unprofessional comment saying MA'AM next time say it right here now go on your way. Really a manger using MA'AM - I feel sorry for the team she is suppose to lead and the example of customer service.

Went in for breakfast on March 20th. Only a handful or less in the place. Ordered on the Kiosk. It took a bit to get my order completed but not a big deal. The young man brought my order to me. He was very busy but he was still polite. Which I appreciate because service has really taken a step back in many locations. My order was hot..put together perfectly..It looked like it could be in a commercial. To many times..not here exactly..but it looks like the sandwich was thrown together..Very good visit..

After waiting 35 minutes for food at the McDonald’s near suncoast and 54, we got our refund and drove down here (6minute drive). Ordered faced to face and had our food within 10 minutes. All burgers were hot, fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. It reminded me like it was when we would go back in the 90’s and early 2000’s. Jose, the manager, from what I saw and heard runs a tight ship. Though we don’t eat fast food often, it was a relief to eat in a clean establishment and have hot fast food.

Came for a quick lunch before the dentist. This was my first time here, & I was impressed by the cleanliness and an actual person at the cash register! Kiosks and I do NOT get along. They are just too confusing for me, and I can’t use survey codes for BOGO free sandwiches with them.
Vinny was pleasant and efficient. He took my code and had my free McChicken for me quickly. It was hot and good. It had the right amount of mayonnaise, but I should have asked for more lettuce. I like getting the points, and today I used 1500. May 1st I was destined to lose 300 points if I didn’t use my points. But you can not get anything for less than 1500 points.
I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. I was impressed by staff, the place, and I know now to order more lettuce next time.

Just received an Uber Eats order. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was awful. The bagel was stale, barely and egg on the thing and just had zero taste. The food was also terribly cold
