They got my order wrong even though they repeated it, and it was put in the sticker on the sandwiches. They gave me a Mcdouble with no cheese and 8 tiny pieces of onions even though I requested extra. The double filet o fish was more like a tartar sandwich with a side of fish. The quarter pounder had a small drizzle of mustard and ketchup so it was dry as hell and the hot and spicy mcchicken was old as and cold and the lettuce was wilted and then drowned in mayo. The fruit punch was watery and way too much ice. The only correct and fresh thing we're the fries. At least the people were nice.

It's shocking that with tax it costs $3 for one hash brown. You used to get two hash browns for a dollar just a decade ago. Even more pathetic that it's nearly $4 for a half piece of 🥓 bacon even though it states that it's two half pieces it's really not, as the bacon egg cheese biscuit comes with two tiny pieces that would total one half of a piece of bacon, and this picture shows how pathetic it is that you're paying $6 for a sandwich with an egg, half piece of bacon and a half piece of cheese, really?? You can't even sacrifice a nickel of your money to make the $6 we pay for a sandwich worth it by giving us a full piece of bacon? So pathetic. You can get a large full 🥞🍳 🥓 ☕ for less than what you pay for a biscuit and a tiny hash brown here.

The old white woman at the drive through late at night was extremely unprofessional. There was a problem on their end with our order from the app. I told her about 3-4 times that I have a receipt, this is the right address, y'all owe me what I've paid for (politely). I had a receipt in hand and instead of looking at my receipt and just giving me my order, she just kept saying "well, it's not on my screen..." So, unpolitely, I had to demand for the manager, as she seemed to be in a mental loop and already decided that she didn't want to serve me and just wanted me gone. It was very obvious by her condensing tone.
The manager solved the issue quickly (as any normal person would do) and I pull up to her window, ready to show her the receipt. She stands there at the window, facing me, and never acknowledged me for about 5-7 minutes. She eventually opens the window and says "you know your food is getting cold at the next window." That's the point where I exploded and she just shut the window on me. Keep in mind, she was willing to cause a backup in the drive through, simply to punish me because she was inconvenienced with a technical issue.
This was my first visit to a McDonald's in over two years, and it'll be my last.

This is just sad. I had a mouth full of hair that is not even mine and then to spit out food and see more hair. This needs to be addressed.

Just came through. Order KS 13.
I needed sauce to go with my nuggets. Pulled back around to ask for extra sauce after receiving my food which was cold due to waiting on a mchicken and was told it would be an extra $1.25 for sauce. Specifically a bbq, ranch, and buffalo. 3 sauces, $1.25. I think as a community it is safe to say that we are sick and tired of people acting like something small like sauce comes out of their paycheck. It’s not that serious. Not to mention all the food I got with this order… seriously? You’re going to charge over a dollar for sauce. It’s a fast food restaurant.
No chance I’ll be returning to this McDonald’s.
