I'm being generous with four stars. The bad thing is the inconsistency with the food and service. Today I got two double fish sandwiches and there was barely any tartar sauce on them. The last time I got one it was dripping with sauce. I really dislike inconsistent restaurants. I also stopped going here for breakfast since it is almost always terrible and I throw it away after a bite or two.

I really couldn’t believe I was served raw food. Like solid pink, ice cold raw burger meat. The health department is about to eat you all up with this one!! And when we called you said to come back, my husband came inside to have you remake the food you looked at him a laughed a said “ what do you want us to do about it”? It’s not funny by any means because if you were the customer being served raw food I bet you’d throw it across the counter AS I SHOILD HAVE DONE TO YOU! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY RUDE EMPLOYEES. YOU SHOULD REALLY REEVALUATE THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE STAFFED! Imagine feeding this to a pregnant woman 🤰? Let alone a non pregnant woman you can really make someone ill from this but yet you laughed in our face? STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Took my grandson there and waited 20 minutes...only 2 people working there and no one at register...people were coming in from the drive thru with orders all wrong...we ended up walking out. i mentioned to 2 cars on the drive up that it was chaos inside and they also left...we ended up going to another McDonald's and boy what a difference. The manager was there and he actually walked around and greeted everyone. He offered my grandson an ice cream cone...now that is how a restaurant should be manage !!

Every one is rude at this location. I one should never half to wait more than 10 minutes from time of order. If you do any type of customizations to your meal than good luck cause they will not pay attention to the receipt. You no longer get greeted when walking in the give you a look of why did you come into this location. I k is their are hiring signs up, but if you guys are hiring so bad then only do drive thru, so your employees can handle the stress. I do not want anything it just needs to be fix

The EXACT MOMENT I OPENED THE BURGER BOX in the parking lot THE BURGER WAS RAW! I immediately took photos at that moment. I then proceeded to go inside the McDonald's. I went up to the counter to ask for a refund. I waited for 25 minutes to receive a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund without me handing over the Quarter Pounder first. I refused. The attitudes of the staff that night was astonishing. They were rude, spiteful, and just plain unhappy to be working at McDonald's.
