Literally the worst staff in the middle of the night. As a bartender, there's not many options to grab something hot and quick when you get off at 3 am. Every time we go here after work the staff is miserable and rude. The ordering screens have been broken for months. They only fill your soda 3/4 of the way. They throw a few fresh fries on top to disguise the old stale cold fries on the bottom that are so hard you can't even chew them.and not to mention they don't even fill up the large fry box either. The burger patties are old and dried out like they have been sitting for hours. It's honestly quite discouraging to have to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the one at Chicago and 52 in the middle of the night just to get a half way decent burger. And who wants to go all the way back to get it fixed when you've been running on your feet for the last 10 hours?
Do better. Pretend it's your food. Would you like the crap your serving?

Terrible experience and at 3:10 in the afternoon. The guy working at the counter is too busy talking and chit chatting to everyone rather than taking orders. I waited over 7-8 mins 4 people ahead of me trying to place orders, and 2 on the side waiting to get their orders and then I walked out. An older lady working was openingly complaining for all to hear when someone was asking for help and she clearly doesn’t need to work here. There were lots of teenagers here but all were being respectful, ordering food and eating it. The problem was the STAFF.

I really wanted to come on here and leave a worker a review. Her name is Carrie and she was the best fast food worker that I have encountered in years. She was courteous she was patient and I actually felt like she was here to assist the customer. And if anybody knows like I know nowadays that it's hard to come across whoever her boss is should definitely give her some Kudo points lol but it wasn't just her. Sophia was amazing as well and this McDonald's really is a standout McDonald's. It's the absolute only McDonald's that I will go to And I literally drive out of my way to go there because the service is amazing. God bless you guys and happy Easter.

We dont preference McDonald's, but my kids do love the breakfast when it comes to the mcgriddles. At least 1/2 the time we always have to turn around or go back in because they get the order wrong no matter the location. But, I can say that majority of the time the issue is handled professionally and promptly. We did have our order this time wrong, but was remade quickly and ready by the time I went back. All staff was courteous. I would say McDonald's does offer better breakfast sandwiches then the other fast food restaurants, but not the healthiest in choices. Kudos to the staff today and quickness!

This is 1 of the best McDonald's I've seen. Staff is always polite...food is hot....wait time at the drive thru is minimal and order is always right. Other fast food places need to take a few notes from here on how to run their restaurant. To all of you folks there thank you. P.S. you guys still have the best damn fries of anybody!!!!
