The only person I will give a five star to is the young man at the front counter, Dominic. He was so polite and he couldn’t do more Very apologetic that we had to wait so long for our food And Even came and checked on us after we got about halfway through our meal. With that being said, the restaurant is an absolute disgrace Where you dispense the soda was such a mess that I didn’t even wanna put my cup anywhere near it Stuff all over the floors tables not cleaned. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get a GM in that restaurant that knows how to run a fast food restaurant. There’s More, the manager was so loud and so obnoxious I was embarrassed for the employees. A young man probably designated for parking lot wearing a lime green workers vest was handling food with a dirty vest on. How is this OK? We will never go back to this restaurant again. Oh, and one more thing, one of the employees went to the bathroom. She was finished in like 30 seconds and came out, wiping her hands on her uniform. My husband and I were appalled. Didn’t finish our meal we just left. I lost my appetite.

We go most nights when we doordash. We have always had a problem with the drive thru. Went tonight and ordered large milkshakes and fries. Received the milkshakes and got a out 2 inches or more of whipped cream ( photo) I love McDonald's but this one has gone to shit lately. One night there was one person working. Thinking about starting to go to moonlake location.

Expectations are a big deal, no one wants to order a large fry, and it not even reach the top of the opening. Failed! Sweet tea should be the same any McDonalds that I visit. Often it is like sucking liquid sugar and other times it like sipping bitter water. Failed! DO Better. Train your staff better. Consistency is important, and this location has 0.

Worst service experience complete situation all around placed mobile order went inside for pick up waited 17 mins to be given the wrong order. They handed me what they thought was the right "order" missing 4 of my items I only ordered 6 items in the first place then told me hold on while they get the rest another 5 mins later and still didnt receive part of the order so I left . Lack of care, customer service, attention to detail . 9 workers and cant even figure out what people ordered not even a morning rush either. Update *** got home and all the sandwiches I ordered the wrapper said they were right food but once unwrapped completely wrong sandwhiches going back to return the entire order this is an embarrassment for anyone who claims to be " running" that morning shift

My very first time at this McDonald’s, although the cashier was friendly my order was wrong and she didn’t give me back the correct change. I realized it once I got back home and that’s when I called up to the store and I was very dissatisfied about the response that was given back to me. I didn’t bother to go back to this location because I’m not from here and it was storming really bad. I understand mistakes happen, but there’s a way to handle certain situations starting with the tone of the conversation.
