We had lunch here today, we love Mission BBQ because they support the Armed Forces and First Responders !!! The food is always fantastic and the service is as well great Team. But my wife wanted to make sure I posted this very important item, today's Black Plate Special was the loaded baked, she had it with brisket and absolutely loved it, and wants management to know to KEEP IT ON THE MENU !! As you will see in my photos it is massive. Enjoy !!!!

I brought my boyfriend tonight for the first time and his expectations were blown out of the water. The staff that was working tonight was so kind, funny, and considerate. We came in close to closing time and ended up leaving with full bellies, a bunch of free food, a cute photo one of the waitresses kindly offered to take of us. They made my night and probably my whole week. Amazing food and even better people. 10/10 will obviously be back!

This was our first time coming in and not only was the food absolutely delicious 🤤 but the service was above board. Marisa and Emily went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time 😁☺️. The other team members were awesome as well , I wish I got their names so I could give them a shout out too. Keep up the great work y'all.

So went to this location today based on thier reviews. Our first time going to any Mission BBQ. So we have never been here so we took a sec to look over the menu. The lady at the counter needs to improve her customer skills, and could tell by her facial expressions she was being bother. So we can always let that pass everyone has a bad day. To the food. We all ordered the pull pork sandwiches. First you can definitely tell they portion out thier sandwiches and to what oz they give you is way too small. What I can tell you, what they don't give you is meat. The portion size was way too small that my bun was bigger then the meat. Now the meat. Absolutely horrible. No flavor at all completely dry and very chewy and tough and cold. Sadly a big fail and will never return. Some lady did come to our table to ask how our food was. I told her it wasn't good as half my sandwich was still uneaten on the plate. She did offer to replace my sandwich with another one. But never offered a refund or no manger came over. Just poor customer service. Wasted $50 on garbage food.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that you have created something special. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuine friendliness of your staff made us feel right at home. As someone originally from North Carolina, the experience reminded me of how businesses used to operate years ago—when people took pride in making guests feel valued, appreciated, and part of the family. That kind of hospitality is becoming increasingly rare, which made our visit even more memorable.
I was especially impressed by the military-friendly environment. The respect and appreciation shown toward service members and veterans did not go unnoticed and speaks volumes about the values of your establishment.
Please also extend my heartfelt thanks to Heather for her role as Community Ambassador. She was welcoming, professional, and a wonderful representative of both your organization and the community you serve.
Your team deserves special recognition as well. Every employee we encountered was kind, motivated, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. It is evident that you have built a culture centered around hospitality, respect, and taking care of people.
Of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the incredible food.
The pulled pork barbecue was absolutely outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The home-prepared French fries were some of the best we’ve enjoyed in a long time and complemented the meal perfectly.
The baby back ribs were so tender they practically fell off the bone. In fact, they were so delicious and tender that you had to pay attention to where the meat ended and your fingers began—you might accidentally bite your fingers instead! That is about as high a compliment as I can give.
And then there was the banana pudding. All I can say is “wow.” It was absolutely out of this world. Whatever recipe you’re using, please don’t change a thing. It was the perfect ending to an already wonderful meal and one I will be thinking about for quite some time.
Thank you again for making our visit such an enjoyable and memorable experience. You should be very proud of the culture you have created and the remarkable team you have assembled. We left with full stomachs, happy hearts, and a genuine appreciation for the exceptional hospitality you provided.
