This is by far the NASTIEST Moe’s location I have ever been to. Coming in to order, the line was covered in rice and dried old food scrapes. The pinto beans had seen better days. Trying to find a clean table? Impossible. I had to clean my own. The salsa bar is filthy. The floors are filthy. Whoever manages this location needs to step up and help the employees or set expectations for the restaurants atmosphere. At least the food was decent but I’m worried I’ll get sick to be frank.

I tried this moes through uber but I will be going back to the moes I usually go to cause this food was GROSS. The rice or beans, couldn't tell which, made the burrito so salty it was inedible. The tofu was wet and soggy when usually it is sautéed and golden. And the they gave me like 5 chips in the bag. I ended up picking out the black olives and just eating that. Worst moes I've had.

From the minute we walked in, what appeared to be the manager acted inconvenienced that we were there and even more inconvenienced when we said we were eating here and not to go. I asked for the chili crisp chicken and the nice lady making the burrito saw it was empty so she asked the “manager” and he said they would have to make more, again seeming inconvenienced so I just switched to adobo chicken. This is the first place I wanted to eat when we got to Florida and I’m very disappointed with our experience. I would have given one star, but the nice lady who made our burritos was the only good part, so she deserves the second star.

I had a really disappointing experience at Moe's. From the start, the worker told me there wasn’t enough rice because they were “short-staffed” – I fail to see the connection. I told her to just use whatever leftover rice there was.
During the same order, she made a mistake and prepared it incorrectly. When I asked her to fix it, she threw the wrong bowl away with an obvious attitude. She then continued giving me dirty looks, throwing things around behind the counter, and acting in a completely unprofessional manner.
At the end, when I asked for chips, she told me they didn’t have enough and would need to make more. I agreed to wait, but then she handed me chips that apparently "weren’t enough" moments earlier.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The worker’s attitude was unacceptable, and the entire situation left me frustrated. Moe's needs to seriously address their staffing and customer service issues.

Placed a to go order at the restaurant. It closes at 10 pm hoping to get most of the items we enjoy. It’s a few minutes after 8 pm and there’s some items missing, hopefully it will turn out well. It did!! Mouth watering and taste buds salivating. The Homewrecker Burrito Bowl is amazing! Others in the family weren’t that lucky. Just wished that they didn’t break the items down so soon or don’t replenish them prior to 9 pm.
