We ordered Outback catering today for a party and ordered individually boxed meals to keep it simple. I was a little nervous about how the food would arrive as it relates to cooking temperature/doneness. The entire experience was off the chart impressive which is why I’m compelled to leave a review. I couldn’t order from the website because I wanted to use gift cards along with a credit card so I called the store. First I spoke with Reagan and then Connor. They were both EXTREMELY helpful, kind, professional and helped me quickly. The ease of placing the order, the communication from Connor, the delivery and the food was outstanding!!! Not to mention the value, which was awesome. The food was delicious and I’m VERY PICKY and hard to please. I initially decided to use Outback to cater the party because I had gift cards but next time I need to cater I will absolutely be returning to this Outback to order it. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Porterhouse, medium. Cooked well.
Salad, decent. Baked potato, served with cold bacon, not heated served cold!?
Dish 2:
Bone in Ribeye, medium. I am insulted! It was tough & raw, see pic. You also served ice cold bacon, it was stone cold & needed to be cooked/heated through...
Baked potato, fine, but the topping was unedible; bacon was tossed in with butter & cheese so I could not eat it.
Steam veg I was told had broccoli in it & there was no broccoli in sight.
I ordered to go at 8:30pm staff was very nice. However as a cook you need to do better & for $72i am insulted you "cooked that steak & sent it" by time I got home & tried to cut into Dish 2 & inspect it, I called at 8.55p but no one answered & so I will call tomorrow to resolve.
Please take time with peoples food. Please ensure the bacon is noy tossed in with the butter so that one can toss it or reheat it to bring to temperature to add to potato.

Outback Steakhouse: Fantastic Service (and Lots of Laughs!) Thanks to Brandon, Plus a Killer Burger!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Outback location! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Our server, Brandon, truly made our visit exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and had a great attitude, but what really stood out was his sense of humor! He kept us laughing throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He checked on us regularly without being intrusive and made some excellent recommendations. His service was top-notch and really enhanced our dining experience.
Beyond the great service, I have to rave about the burger I ordered. It was cooked perfectly to my specifications – juicy, flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while! My family also enjoyed their meals, but the burger was definitely the standout for me.
The rest of the staff we encountered were also friendly and efficient. Overall, this Outback location is doing it right. Excellent food and truly outstanding (and funny!) service, especially from Brandon. We'll definitely be back!

We stopped going to Outback a while back because they could never get the temperature right on our steaks. Decided to give it another shot today and well, they still can’t. My wife likes her steak well done, the outside looked great but it was medium once she cut into it. Mine was more like medium well so we swapped. Didn’t feel like sending it back and who knows what they’ll do in the kitchen nowadays. The steak and grilled shrimp adds 4 shrimps for an extra $7 so definitely not a good deal. Our server was pretty grumpy and not very friendly but we let it go, we just wanted to eat. Overall we probably won’t try Outback again as there are more steak options that are better and in the same price range.
