My experience at Panda is so pleasant every time I can go eat, a super clean place, fresh food, delicious and always with variety... the attention of the workers is super friendly, the girl Courtney was very kind and was trying to talk to me while taking my order and it was also nice that there was a boy Pablo and he speaks Spanish and they took a perfect order and with care... I left happy with exquisite food and very well attended, I highly recommend it, my family loves it 🙏🏻❤️

It’s a hit or miss situation. Decided to try our neighborhood Panda Express restaurant recently. Everyone deserves a second chance. This time did nothing but impress!! Entree’ selections was plentiful, rice and noodles fresh. This time our Bigger Plate was delicious! Look at the difference. Next time was a charm.

Wow, I had high hopes from previous years of patronage with this restaurant chain. This day not so much. There was a few people ahead of us and the line was moving slow although there’s numerous staff. As I was looking I noticed the only thing I liked was out (broccoli and steak). I requested could they please start cooking the items. No problem. Finally once everyone received their order headed home. Once home, high hopes failed quickly. The entree I choose didn’t have any meat and the broccoli was tough and hard. Fried rice with vegetables wasn’t edible.

Where is the food?
We ordered via Uber Eats, and I'd like to note that this is not against the driver.
Our order was over 100$, and we received two boxes full of half empty cartons. So strike one, we are missing half our food.
Strike two is we got honey walnut shrimp that was so burnt it was inedible.
My oldest child absolutely loves Panda Express orange chicken, and tonight, I got to tell him we're never getting it again unless we're somewhere away from this particular one.
Never again...

I rarely go to panda express because it is usually a disappointment. But I was so disappointed this time that it merited a bad review.
I always order the bowl with entree plus veggies or lo mein. It used to be half entree and half the side. This time it was like 75 percent lo mein. with a very thin topping of entree.
I also ordered a order of Rangoon which always had crab or crab. It was just filled with cream cheese and was soggy and cold.
It will be a very very long time before I eat there again.
I noticed the portions are getting smaller, the quality of food has gone down and the prices have increased by 50 percent. I honestly think this is happening because they have to pay a lot more for employees.
I don't mind paying more for smaller portions but the quality should be consistent.

I put an online order in and went to pick it up and stood there for 15 minutes waiting for the guy running the register to acknowledge me. It wasn't until I asked him how long was I going to stand there before he even acknowledged me. Told him that I had an online order and gave him my name and he asked me what I wanted, so I ended up repeating myself to him. I understand that they were busy, but it only takes a second to say "Hello, I'll be with you as soon as I can". I work in retail and if any employee pulled that at my place of employment there would be a major problem.
