If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I were looking for something to eat and seeing that they closed at 10:00 p.m. it was prior to 9:30 pm. We usually try to hit up a restaurant at least an hour before they close but our day was super busy and we were super hungry. We pulled into their lot and went to go inside and before I could grab the door a young skinny guy with black hair and no name tag had keys in his hand, locked the door before I could grab it and yelled to me that they are closed. Dining room had about three guests so they weren't super busy. There were actually employees sitting down at the tables laughing and talking with each other. I knew they probably didn't have much left for food because it was close to 10:00 p.m. but I was willing to take whatever they had. We tried to go through drive-thru and that person said they're not taking orders anymore. This was at 9:15pm.

I ordered a family meal through the drive through and was asked to pull forward and wait in one of the drive up spaces. After waiting over 15 minutes for someone to bring my food out, and watching car after car after car who arrived after me get served ahead of me, I went in to the store. I asked for my food immediately or give me a refund. The very young but very arrogant boy who tried to appear to be in charge threatened to call the cops on me 🙄 and have me trespassed for the crime of demanding the food that I had paid for - nearly $49 dollars of food - that they hadn’t even started to pack up at that point.
First, threatening to call the police on someone asking to be provided with the goods or services that they’ve already paid for and have waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive is laughable.
Second, and more important, if Panda Express’s policy is to make customers who order a Family Meal wait an extraordinary amount of time for a drive through meal, that should be disclosed at the point of taking the order and should be disclosed on the order board.
If it was the first time this happened at this location I would have given them the benefit of the doubt but it was the THIRD time.
To punish customers for ordering a larger portion of food and spending a lot of money at their store is an absurd policy.

Reece was wonderful, and so we’re the two young people serving up entrees and sides. All were polite and friendly.
This was our first time at a Panda Express. Husband and I both chose fried rice, but he got the teriyaki chicken (did not like the sauce, but loved the chicken), and I got their signature orange chicken (the sweet and sour sauce was the best I’ve had in a packet & Husband agreed!). Husband got a small drink. I stuck with water. We helped ourselves at the beverage station, next to utensils and napkins. Both of us agreed that our chicken choices were excellent. The sweet and sour sauce on the fried rice was wonderful.
This place is easy to find. It’s right off of SR 54. Just east of the Veteran’s. It’s got lots of parking spaces, with lots of seating inside. There are a few places outside to eat. It’s bright and clean inside. We look forward to returning to this business.

Employees have been really friendly every time. Food is consistently good and service is fast. Kudos to Dominic. Very professional and great customer service.
