Update: new chicken sandwich is very good! Also, joined Unlimited Sip Club trial.

Place closes at 10pm. I get there at 8pm two hours before close. I walk in and all bakery items are put away. The tea area has been broken down and cleaned and no tea left. Why am I here? What purpose does a restaurant serve when they close two hours because their advertised time? I asked if there was any tea and get the weirdest look like I’m slow and how dare I ask for something 2 hours before close. Panera has turned into glorified expensive hospital food. Managers, please teach your employees how to do their job. Don’t instruct them to go through closing procedures hours before close. It’s a bad look especially when you are charging these insane prices for sandwiches.

Breana at the drive through on 7/1/26 at approx 2:00 she is amazing and deserves a raise to be honest made it worth it and got me to try the Blackberry Hibiscus tea 10/10 thank you soo much Breana

Our food was pretty good. The French Onion soup wasn’t cheesy enough. The Caesar didn’t come with enough dressing. We had to wait a while.

This is the most comically sad $5 salad I've ever seen lol - Like, this is so, so embarrassing for you. What happened Panera, you're not even pretending to care anymore?
I'm literally laughing at this salad while I simultaneously cry that we let these chumps take our hard-earned money in exchange for 8 pieces of lettuce and 5 croutons. What happened to us America? We deserve better.
Do better Panera. You have one job, just do it.
Or don't..... who cares as long as the shareholders are happy right?
TLDR: Go somewhere else if you want to be fed, Panera sucks.
