I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Panera Bread for their generosity as well as their delicious food! Years ago my daughter and I were members of the Team in Training preparing to run the marathon in San Francisco and raising funds for the L LS. Panera Bread was generous in helping us meet our goals! This Sunday at my church we benefited from the same kindness as we had received several wonderful delicious treats! Thank you Panera Bread! I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone who loves quality baked goods at a reasonable price!

I ordered the steak asiago bagel and was in disbelief when we got back home and noticed that there wasn’t any steak at all. I just don’t understand how that can happen. The chicken sandwich that we got had barely any chicken. It was disappointing having to go back to the restaurant after arriving home but the MOD did make things right by providing a gift card for the missing item as well as offering me a drink and cookie.

Good food, but please clean those chairs!
Panera's food was great as always — fresh, flavorful, and consistent. No complaints there at all. BUT the seating cleanliness? Major issue. 😬
I rested my head back on the chair headrest and it was visibly oily, grimy, and worn down. I actually had to get up and wash my hands after touching it — that says it all. For a restaurant that markets itself on a clean and welcoming environment, this was a real disappointment and honestly a hygiene concern.
And honestly, it makes you wonder — if the chairs look like that, how clean are the staff when handling your food? That thought alone is enough to make anyone uncomfortable. Cleanliness in the dining area is a direct reflection of the kitchen and the people preparing your meal.
Panera, the food is a 5/5 but your cleanliness is a 0/5. Nobody should have to think twice about what they're touching or leaning against while trying to enjoy a meal. Please deep clean or replace those chair headrests and hold your standards higher across the board — customers notice everything.
I'll be back for the food, but I'll be keeping my head up next time! 😅🙏

The soups here are incredible and the customer service is amazing. The chicken noodle makes me up on a day I'm feeling better and the broccoli cheddar is just divine. As for customer service the employees really know how to make you feel welcomed. John really made my experience feel more personal today.

My brother and I came in today for some lunch! We were greeted with an amazing smile by Brooklyn. She has such a positive attitude and demonstrated great customer service! While we were eating Brooklyn was out and about chatting with customers to check in on how they were doing, including my brother and me. She is definitely an asset to your company and will be one of the reasons we are certain to be back!
