For a place that focuses on one product this is definitely a success story. It is not easy to build a successful restaurant in general, even more so when offering one specific item. Kudos to the owners for pulling this through.
Clearly this place is focused on pasta and pasta products, however they do have a variety of other delicious items on the menu.
The location is great, the space is cozy albeit by some standards could be viewed as small yet that is what adds to the charm and coziness. One suggestion would be to add non plastic utensils for those eating in. Otherwise definitely a place worth a visit.
Let me know your experience.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I always love coming to Pasta Guy both locations. I don’t care what other people say. In the comments. The food is delicious. I can’t make food like this at home.
It’s so good! I always get the same thing, Alfredo sauce, pasta, chicken, and broccoli… Oh, and I can’t forget my fried ravioli. Soooo good.
Another visit!!! Chef Roberto cooked up the best meal. Everything delicious!

So my wife recently started a job in Wesley Chapel. So, she's been telling me off and on about this place and how we we need to try it together one day. We'll today was the day. So, coming into this, I had some preconceived ideas of what I was walking into. (Which I traditionally try not to do, to be fair to the new place that I am trying out). So I was told this is Fast Food Italian. So this had me thinking like Fazoli's. So Pasta Di Guy has a Pasta which my uncultured self had never heard of. Stroppapreti. I'd heard of Penne, Fettuccine, Gnocchi, Rigatoni, Macaroni, Ravioli, Farfalle (bow-tie) and a few other... but not Stroppapreti. So because I am an uncultured swine, I will explain this pasta as best as I can. Imagine a Macaroni noodle but longer. Now imagine there is two noodles stuck together to make the number 8, but it's slightly twisted. Thats what Stroppapreti is to me. It's a lot of a noodle/Pasta in each bite. (Google Stroppapreti for more information about that particular pasta).
I said all that to say that if you want Fast Food Italian, go to Fazoli's. If you want good Italian Food Fast, come to Pasta Di Guy!

I was greeted with open arms. The cashier, Sarah, was very polite and respectful. Her radiance made me want to order everything off the menu. My first time coming in here I didn’t know the menu very well, Sarah helped me tremendously with the amount of questions I had. The food is also amazing, super tasty and the portions were amazing. I will be coming back very soon.

Stopped in for some quick pasta while in the area for a soccer game. They food and service were good and it’s a cute and clean cafe. They have vegetarian and vegan items!
