I ordered online. My pizza had the correct toppings but the dough I guess bubbled up during baking and 3 of the pieces had nothing on them. I wouldn’t have served that pizza. I would have gladly waited longer for a new one. Instead I was swerved a pizza that was missing toppings. I didn’t bother to call and complain based on the customer service when I went in for pick up. I wasn’t acknowledged at all upon entry no “hello” “welcome in” “picking up?” Nothing. Needless to say I won’t be going to dominos anytime soon.

I will never order from this location again!!! They apparently don't know what light sauce, well done means... Last week our pizza was undercooked n the cheese sticks were over cooked, they did give us credit for that- so we ordered a big dinner box today n neither pizza had light sauce n the middle of both pizzas were not cooked all the way through- the wings were disgusting with barely any sauce on them... We moved recently and unfortunately can't order from the Pizza Hut we liked so I guess no more Pizza Hut for us because this location obviously doesn't pay attention nor care what their customers want...

I want to start off saying the man I spoke too over the phone Gabriel is Amazing. He was extremely polite and helpful. He worked with me in getting me a deal for a simple carryout pizza. I was at first wanted to delivery and I was out of there delivery zone. I had to call another store. Where the lady anwseed the phone extremely rude and was very unhelpful and tried to charge me 33 bucks for one pizza. The same pizza I got for much less at this store. He is the reason I will continue using pizza hut. This day and age the hard earned dollar has to go further then it does unfortunately. 33 bucks for one large 3 topping pizza with delivery is extremely over priced and ridiculous. Thank you Gabriel for your kind polite helpful customer service. Pizza hut should take note and pass this along to other stores and employees. I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the little kind things that usually get overlooked. From one very happy hangry customer..you came through in a clutch I will getting my butt up and doing carryout and using this store from now.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is an absolute joke! I used to love Pizza Hut for the BBQ brisket pizza! I placed an order for pick up on my way home from the beach. I noticed I didn’t get an option for Bbq brisket on the deal I selected. I don’t mind paying more for it. I called the store, spoke with a staff member who wasn’t very friendly. She placed me on hold and then told me her supervisor said to cancel my order and reorder it. I still won’t have that option. I attempted to, however you cannot cancel the order either! I called the store back to be sent to a call center, this went on for about 25 minutes! I finally show up at the store for Sabrina to inform my husband that they turned the phones off and were no longer taking calls at 9:30PM! I was going to just have the bbq beef added to said pizza but with the complete rudeness of the staff, and the way the entire order was handled, I left empty handed. Sabrina also informed us that it was due to improperly ordering. I don’t disagree but if there isn’t an option on the app 🤷🏻♀️ I attempted to correct it by phone and in person but that never happened.
Might I suggest going to Papa John’s from now on? At least they are friendlier and know how to treat customers!

Pizza Hut has always been my go to. I don’t order from anywhere else except for an occasional local place. I have also live in the same place for 22 years so I have always ordered from the same location. Every once in a while I have had small issues but nothing worth complaining or calling about. Tonight for the first time I decided to try their fries. For $4.79 this is what I got. A child size portion of fries. I decided to call because the portion was absurd for the amount of money and they told me that is what I paid for and refused to compensate anything. They said that they pre portion everything in the morning and that the single order I purchased is what they delivered. It was an absolute absurd amount of fries for the money. I can’t say I will never order from them again in a pinch but I felt it necessary to put out to the public what they sell and the poor management decisions behind it all. From the portion sizes to the condescending attitude of the management I spoke with. Poor decisions all around.
