Ordered boneless wings for my kids. My daughter bit into one, to find it completely raw inside.

I was in the mood for something decadent and delicious. Also something that I could eat and share with my family. So I decided to make a huge healthy salad to go with the Pizza Hut order! The pizza arrived in record time and was piping hot, gooey and delicious! I took advantage of a Pizza Hut special and got two pizzas for a good price! I had plenty to share with everyone and enjoyed it with the salad!

I placed an online order on 04/20/26 just after 7:00 pm. Was given an estimated delivery time of 30 to 40 minutes. After waiting over an hour I contacted Pizza Hut customer support to get an update on my order. After asking me a lot of questions about my order they recommended I contact the store. So I called the # provided for the store, and got what I think was a call center. I explained that I have been waiting for well over an hour at this point for my order and wanted to cancel it. She got a manager on the call and he attemped to call the store directly. The store did answer. He then told me he was going to send a email to the store to have it canceled. Apparently that didn't work because my order showed up at around 9:30. So my 30 to 40 minute pizza took over 2 hours and it was cold. Totally unacceptable, epic fail for Pizza Hut.o

Normally, I have a great experience with their food, however, I ordered the buy 1 get 1 large pizzas and an order of the apple pies. I ordered directly with them on the app, but they had DoorDash deliver. I had 6 drivers drop my order and 1 finally told me an hour and a half after I put my order in that there was only 1 girl working with tons of people waiting over an hour and they hadn’t even started my order. I finally received it almost 2 hours late and instead of the pan pizzas I ordered, I got hand tossed that were undercooked and no Apple pies. Someone royally screwed up having only 1 person working on a Saturday night.

Kasi and Chase are absolutely amazing. I’m a dasher and everytime I come in there I’m greated with a smile and happiness. They are an absolute pleasure to come in contact with when I enter your doors. Definetly an asset to your company. I do have to say there is another person there that I hate to run into when I come in because she is so negative and seems like she hates her job.
